August 7, 2008 at 2:15 am #774888nodepositMemberBooked but still looking for a reasonable flight from Vegas, can anyone recommend the best place to schedule meetings at the Princesa Sophia? I generally like to commender a table in the hotel lobby but I don’t know if thats the best option in Barcelona.
PS: we are accepting requests for meetings, in Amsterdam we had nearly 30 meetings booked in 3 days, hopefully I won’t have to attempt to break any records this time :sarcasm:

August 7, 2008 at 7:32 am #774903poluroud20MemberNot sure if anyone has spotted this but Barcelona is spelt incorrectly in the thread title
August 7, 2008 at 8:58 am #774908AnonymousInactiveSimmo is Welsh isn’t he – maybe its their version of spelling it :wink-wink
2+2 – I am sure there will be a table or two in the bar area that you can grab, only problem is I think there will be a lot of people attending so these tables may go pretty fast! We will also have tables dotted around the expo for meetings and there is always the ASOP tables before the game starts.
Also – Expo update – I have about 2 stands to sell which should be sorted v soon. I will then post a list of all the properties that are exhibiting or sponsoring at the events so you can make meetings with them _ We are also collecting passport photos with emails and numbers from reps for each stand/sponsorship so you can contact for meeting at the event or indentify whoi you are actually looking for. If we get all these soon I will mail them out to everyone as well so you can have them pre the event

August 7, 2008 at 9:56 am #774913AnonymousInactiveWhilst on the topic of the hotel. Does it have an outside section similar to that of the hotel last year?
I thought that was awesome for two reasons:
- The freshair clears the hangover quicker
- The person I am meeting with cannot smell my breath!
:roflmao:
August 7, 2008 at 11:41 am #774917AnonymousInactiveThere is definitely an outside – It isn’t as close as it was last year. That really was perfect. This though is in a garden with a bar so great atmosphere and easy to get to. Great opportunity to pick up that “English scarlet glow”
