That’s the same response I got emailed today although it was signed for in Canada 2 weeks ago. Probably should have mailed it straight to Cyprus.

We have experienced some delays in receiving mail from the UK and Canada. This has now been taken care of and we will be receiving mail much quicker from now on which will speed up future paperwork. Thanks for your patience and we appreciate your feedback since it has helped us to improve the service.
August 31, 2007 at 6:29 pm #747506AnonymousInactiveOne last Question , Just need to be sure of this 100%
When a program send me my payment it costs $15 , then every time i use the atm it is $2.95 .
What i dont understand is it says “No charge to Affiliates for payments from our partner Programs ” does this mean that when programs send us payments thats the swift in fee of $15 does not apply .
Now If I elect to have the $ sent to my bank account it costs $13 + 1% with a minimum of $8 . so its a minimum of $21 to a max of $96 transfer the $$ out + My banks Fees .
August 31, 2007 at 6:57 pm #747510AnonymousInactiveI am interested to know, since I have yet to send out my documentation, what is the best address to send to? If I send to Canada, I assume it is being re-routed after that which will take time – correct?
I’d rather have the final destination address, if possible, so that my documents can get their asap.
Thanks.

Ideally please send to Cyprus since this is the final destination address.
Thanks

Yes we charge a ATM fee but do not charge you a fee when your Program sends you funds.
The SWIFT in fee is not for payments from Programs, instead it is for receiving funds from other bank accounts as with any normal bank account.
Also remember when receiving funds from a Program using ASP it takes 1 business day, where as receiving funds via SWIFT takes up to 5 days.

Sorry for any problems experienced, however the UK and Canada Addresses will be working much faster now.

During sign up i put in the wrog id card number , i typed a 5 instead of an 8 , dont see any where to change that , can i just open another account .
Also on the form i must sign and send back it says FBME Customer Account and the number is different then the account # showing on the sppedpay accoutn , is it supposed to be like that ,
And when are programs going to start using this system to make payments /
Thanks
August 31, 2007 at 7:35 pm #747521jujugirl75MemberFor security reasons please refer the first two questions to customer services email found on the site when you log in. They will be back to you on Monday during office hours.
Programs are coming on board soon, your programs will let you know as soon as they are ready.

September 4, 2007 at 2:33 pm #747763AnonymousInactiveI received an email from ASP this morning indicating that my account had been validated.
We have received and validated your documentation and your Instant Account is now activated and available for use.
That’s cool — but how do I find out the SWIFT code and my specific bank account number, the bank name and address, etc., so that I can have payments wired directly to the account? Programs that don’t have their own ASP account need more than just the “instant” account number.
Thanks in advance. :hattip:
September 4, 2007 at 7:22 pm #747817AnonymousInactivesame question here, I cant find how to withdraw from moneybookers/eco.
It looks analogical to payspark (WIRE IN to the company banking account details with the beneficiary name/account as a note)September 5, 2007 at 12:41 am #747846vladcizsolMemberI checked with the Bank today and currently we can accept payments from programs that are ASP approved merchants only.
The problem is Affiliate SpeedPay is designed and offered as an affiliate payment solution only. There is a very valid concern by the bank that if we dont keep strict controls in place that casino operators, sports books and poker rooms who we have no influence over will try to finagle things and use Affiliate SpeedPay as payment mechanism for players. I have little doubt that some would tell their larger players “All you have to do is set up and Affiliate SpeedPay account and we can send you money instantly.”
Many affiliates play online and it would be too tempting for them to say wire my winnings to my ASP bank account. So we have to avoid this at all costs.
We are in discussions with the bank to determine if there is a practical way to allow other swift transfers, but I understand the hesitation. We want to ensure that the Affiliate SpeedPay solution is stable, legally compliant and not subject to closure down the road because of abuse.
The best solution is to encourage all the programs we work with to establish an Affiliate SpeedPay account so they can do instant transfers to affiliates.
Unlike other solutions currently making the rounds Affiliate SpeedPay:
1. ISN’T being offered by a payment processor.
2. Affiliates in all states are welcome to open an account
3. This is not a software specific offering. It can and will work with all affiliate groups not just a handful of operators using one brand.
4. You get a real bank account and can transfer funds to yourself or make withdrawels at virtually any ATM.
5. Transfers are instant and fully tracked. You wont have to wait for days for a wire to show up or get whacked with a $35 incoming wire fee.September 5, 2007 at 3:36 pm #747907AnonymousInactiveThanks for the info, Prof.
It would be great if all programs would use ASP. ASP seems like it has staying power, since it is an affiliate payment solution only, and its users cannot transfer funds directly to gaming establishments.
QuickTender will probably not last forever. We need a more permanent solution, and ASP seems like a pretty good one.
I’m getting tired of updating my payment details every few months. I spend so much time emailing aff managers, trying to figure out how to get paid, logging in everywhere to update my details…. I’d much rather spend my time working on my sites. :satisfied

Everyone please ask your affiliate managers to have Affiliate SpeedPay available for processing your September commissions! :hattip:
