Does anyone know if any affiliate programs have signed up yet? Sounds like a great idea but I’m hesitant about giving out all my personal details unless I know some of the bigger programs are on board.
August 10, 2007 at 11:33 pm #745275vladcizsolMemberWe have several programs signed up and will be adding a few majors over the next few weeks. SSD we are the operators of Affiliate SpeedPay so you can be assured your data will be safe. The bank is fully licensed in the EU and is every bit as secure as a US or Canadian Bank.

Wow! Very Entrepreneurial of you. Great job!!! :hattip:
August 11, 2007 at 12:39 am #745279AnonymousInactiveTop work Prof.
Kudos to CAP for setting up something like this – fantastic work
:hattip:I think I can see the package offers :
– a bank account
– internet banking access for balances
– a visa debit cardA query or two for you if I may…
(1) Can the ASP account be registered to a company – or only an individual?
(2) Where can I see a list of the programs supporting it ?August 11, 2007 at 2:05 am #745287AnonymousInactiveI’m all signed up and thrilled to have this option. It’s great to see that someone is working hard to see that we have a reliable way to get paid.
I’m on vacation until the 16th so I did not send the signed information yet. Hopefully that will not be to late to send my documentation without getting cancelled?
Thank you Professor and Affiliate Speed Pay! :inlove:
August 11, 2007 at 8:23 am #745292AnonymousInactiveA big news for all of us.
Thank you Professor and Affiliate Speed Pay!
BTW, can I send the documentation by email?
August 11, 2007 at 2:06 pm #745307vladcizsolMemberGooner I will find out about company registration on Monday and get back to you. I believe its limited to individuals(EU banking requirements for business is much more stringent), but I want to make sure before I inform you incorrectly.
Handkey I will check that as well. I do know you can open an account quickily online, but I believe banking regulations require a few documents including a signature card. I will find out if that can be sent electronically or if it must be snail mailed.
August 11, 2007 at 10:41 pm #745314AnonymousInactiveHi Professor,
This is wonderful. I like the fact that you cannot use this to fund casinos, it will cut down on my playing (i love to) and keep the affil earnings separate. It has hard plastic which IMO is the best way to go..straight to the atm with no bank wire involved.
Query:
SSD we are the operators of Affiliate SpeedPay so you can be assured your data will be safe.
Who are “we”? Is this something created by CAP? Is this like a CAP card?
Thanks!
Mojo
August 11, 2007 at 11:19 pm #745317AnonymousInactiveSo if this is a regular bank account it would allow receiving affiliate payments from ANY program, even if they don’t sign up with AffiliateSpeedPay… as long as they offer wire transfer they could wire to that account?
August 12, 2007 at 12:19 am #745324AnonymousInactiveWill there be poker rooms / poker affiliate programs that are part of this program?
Thanks!
August 13, 2007 at 12:17 pm #745401vladcizsolMemberGood Morning Guys.
Ok I heard back from the bank on a few issues:
1. Accounts are limited to individuals unless you are a processing merchant/program.
2. There are no peer to peer transfers. This is to prevent potential abuse of the system.
3. The required documents must be sent in, electronic copies are not accepted by the bank. This is a banking regulation. We are seeking an exception but that has not been granted yet.
4. This is a fully functional bank account.Specifics
1. Mojo we did think about calling CAPCard, but remember its an affiliate payment solution that will also be used in the retail sector. We therefore went with a name which reflects its true nature and doesnt sound like a gaming only product (its not )
2. Corpfan we currently have a Bingo provider signed up and a Sportbook. We fully expect all the major Poker Programs to come onboard as well as all the major casino groups. They would be foolish not to. This is a great payment solution and it’s going to around for a long time. Obviously we are contacting all the programs, Casino, Poker, Bingo, Skill etc… and working feverishly to get them into the system. We encourage affiliates to start asking all their programs to add Affiliate SpeedPay as a payment solution ASAP.August 13, 2007 at 1:44 pm #745406AnonymousInactiveProfessor, a huge thank you for setting this system up, it’s greatly appreciated!
I have one question….when signing up, it asks for a referral code….do we need one?
August 13, 2007 at 2:18 pm #745413vladcizsolMemberNo cagney, no referal code is needed. Sometime in the future we will add a referal program so we have the datafield ready, but its not in use presently.
August 13, 2007 at 3:15 pm #745416AnonymousInactiveSo far this looks like very promising! I have a few questions, though.
1. When I sign up, who ultimately will have access to my personal information? The bank only, or will CAP also have access to this? If CAP will have access, how will my personal information be used and how securely will it be protected?
2. Is this service only available to CAP certified programs, or can non-certified programs use it too? (Ideally anyone can use it).
3. How much will it cost to do a “SWIFT OUT” transfer from ASP to my personal account? On the site, this is what I see on the FAQ page regarding fees:
2 year Visa Electron Issuance Fee
$15 (unless paid by Affiliate Program please check)ATM Withdrawal
$2.95Point of Sale Purchase
$0.75Declines ATM/POS
$1.00SWIFT OUT
[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]SWIFT IN
[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]How much is the “SWIFT OUT” fee?
That’s all for now. I might think of some additional questions later.
Thanks in advance.
