InactiveI have sent my ID documents on 8-29-07 and when I log in to my account I am still shown the warning that I need to send in my documents.
What is the average turn around time for this part of the application process?
Mine went through the Canada address.

InactiveMine took about 2 weeks to be processes from Canada (I did email support a couple times to make sure everything was good).

InactiveThanks, I just got the email stating that my docmments were recieved and the warning upon login went away….
Now I can more comfortably start applying pressure to the programs to contact you….LMAO

I spent a decent amount sending my documents to Cyprus (not cheap, really). Apparently the address is not correct on the form or something because now my FedEx tracking says ‘Delivery Exception – Incorrect Address’
Ugh. I hope I don’t have to pay for this to be re-shipped

Call ASP and confirm correct address and then call Fedex and give them that address. They shouldn’t charge you anything for a correction.

InactiveYeah, I’ve started that process, just waiting for ASP to get back to me. I’m not too worried, ASP is a great idea and I think it is well worth a slight hassle in the beginning.
