There are quite a few programs in the pipeline for approval. I would expect most to be approved this week and that they will announce availability of ASP as their prefered affiliate payment method.

Unfortunately privacy issues prevent me from discussing applicants. It’s totally acceptable for the client to publicize their status, but the bank cant issue client lists.

As you might imagine that policy is in place to protect everyone.

They are listed on the site in the FAQ section:

    Quote:
Why do I have to print out and sign an Application Form as well?
You are opening an instant bank account. For your protection and to comply with legal requirements, we need to have a signed copy with an original signature to support your online application. You are still able to use your Instant Account right now although some of the services are limited until we receive your signed Application Form and Identity Verification Documents.

What documents are acceptable as proof of address?
We may be able to verify your address online.

If that has not been possible, please provide us with an original or a copy of one of the following documents:

    · Current Utility bills (NOTE: mobile bills, internet access bills, cable and satellite TV bills are NOT acceptable) (original or copy)

    · Bank/Building society/Credit Card statements (original or copy)

    · Mortgage statement (original or copy)

    · Benefits/Welfare book (copy)

    · Home or motor insurance certificate (copy)

    · Motor vehicle registration documents (copy)

    · Local Council rent card or tenancy agreement (NOTE: private tenancy agreements are NOT acceptable) (copy)

    · Inland Revenue/IRS tax notifications (copy)

    · Signed passport (copy of the page showing residential address)

    · Photocard driving license (copy)

    · National ID (copy)

    · Armed forces ID card (copy)

    · Disabled drivers pass or Disability ID (copy)

    · OAP travel pass (copy)

    · Polling/voter registration photocard (copy)

NOTE: any of the above document must be current: that is, less than three months old.

The above documents must be on your name and should make reference to the residential address stated on your Application Form.

They should be sent along with the original signed Application form within 14 days. You will be contacted by email if you are required to send additional verification.

You can still use your Instant Account right now, although some of the services are limited until we have received all these documents.

Absolutely understand professor. You’re correct that this is a prudent policy.

We’re just waiting to see if any of our Neteller payers are on the list – and then we will jump right on board. Anything to migrate off Neteller is good.

What a pleasure this is !

I just contacted Speedpay customer service to ascertain whether my post office box would be acceptable on the application if I can substantiate that address with ID as mentioned on the list.

Support was wonderful – they do accept boxes if they are also on your ID – and I got to speak a little Greek.

This is going to dispose of most of my payment worries – apart from casinos who fold their tents and steal away in the night.

I can’t thank the Professor enough for setting up this option for us :hattip:

The charges are reasonable and not a drop in the bucket compared to those I’ve been paying to get my money.

    Thank you again, CAP.

will be nice to have the possibility to clear paper checks(from aff.
    programs) … and send/receive wire transfers(to/from other persons/companies)

Thanks for posting that Nina as it was something I wondered about also.

By the way, never let your ID expire as I was told they no longer allow us to get our drivers license using a PO Box. (I haven’t confirmed this)

I just hope now I don’t get denied because I waited too long to send in my documments.

Sorry AM I being thick but what is the benefit of Affiliate Speedpay over a usual bank account that I hold in the UK. Will it save me any fees or make it easier for me to be paid in £. I am a bit lost

It makes payments faster and easier across the board Casinoalerts. Money transfer from the merchant to your ASP bank account is instant. You can then access the funds immediately via any ATM or send yourself a wire.

This is a fully licensed and acredited bank. It’s not an eWallet. While you may not have been effected by the Neteller debacle many of us had our funds locked up for over 7 months. Thats a risk you face with eWallets.

I am sure not all of the programs you work with are based in the UK. This is a world wide solution. If you have ever received a paper cheque and waited for it to clear your local bank then you know how time consuming that can be. ASP eliminates that.

These are all valid points and good reasons to consider choosing Affiliate SpeedPay to accept your payments no matter where you are based.

Sorry to say, I am a bit leary of this. I sent in the original docs with a copy of my drivers license. About a week later, I received and email stating that I did not send in sufficient proof of my address (which is on my governement issued drivers license). They asked for a copy of a recent bill. No biggie, scanned a bill and sent it. About a week later, I then received an email stating they still needed sufficient proof and requested a recent original bank statement. I wasn’t real happy about that but, got my bank statement, went over all pertinant information with a black magic marker (which was most of the statement as they have no privy to my banking habits) and sent that. At that time, I requested they contact me to inform me of the status of my application. Haven’t heard from them since.

Please email laurence@affiliatespeedpay.com and we will get you taken care of. Setting up a bank account does require documentation, but once you provide that there should be no issue in getting your account active.

Thanks professor! I do understand that they do require documentation but, in my case for some reason, I feel it was a bit overkill. Although, I do not entirely blame them as I have had this happen on other occasions. It may be as I am on the border of 2 towns and for some reason. the zip code tends to throw things off. Usually, I only need to send in 1 more proof of address. Not a total of 3. I do suppose they need to be cautious, also. I will email and see what is up.

I do feel this is a great way to go. Will be once I get my account straightened out.

    Again, thanks for your help:hattip:

I mailed mine in and forgot the utility bill as proof of address, I wrote customer service when I realized and they repsonded that I could scan and email. This was not a problem and account was approved quickly once I did this, however I will say when I sent that utility bill I sent all of the documents with so there wouldn’t be confusion as to who they belonged to etc. I found customer service to be doing a terriffic job and can’t wait til this is all rolling.
