should i ask for money back?

splinterfree asked 3 years ago
here is the story. been working with this rtg for a bit now and have reached a considerable amount in deposits (most imporatnly revenue) with them. the fact that they pay small in rev share would only be half bad as much as what i scrape through. even though this casino is popular and respected throughout the online community, i’m now debating to ask for a ‘dignity’ bonus. if there is none, i shall invent one!

now, please see the all-time stats below and let me know if i shoud ask for my lil dignity bonus or not:

Number of Clickthroughs: 2368
Number of Downloaders: 960
Number of Players: 210
Number of New Depositors: 52
Total Initial Deposits: $3,303.36
Total Deposits: $50,491.17
Net Win: $56,139.40
Coupon Amounts Awarded: $5,729.33
Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $5,391.00
ChargeBacks: $0.00
Net Profit: (Net Win – Coupons – Credits – Chargebacks) $11,089.82
Amount Deducted: $0.00
Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: $0.00
Amount Earned From Tiers: $0.00
Amount Earned: $11,089.82

cheers

With simple maths doing

your ‘amount earned’

(divided by) x 100%
net win

looks like you’re getting around 20% Revenue Share..

Not the greatest % but well, so if that’s their deal then so long as they’ve paid it so far, I’d consider everything ok..

Of course if they’ve not paid that amount that’s a totally different matter but if you’re asking ‘have you been paid enough’ … well if it’s 20% rev share that you signed up to then that’s what you signed up to and so long as they’re keeping up the payments – there’s nothing wrong..

I’d also be interested to know which program (you said respected within the Affiliate community so I’m guessing either iNetBet or Club World maybe) – I had a couple of similar within Gambling Wages which (looking back) – stupidly I signed up on a CPA (very low too) basis and would have earned a LOT more on Rev Share.. but they were good enough to switch my program (for future earnings only of course)..

If it were a Microgaming or Playtech though – then maybe you’d most likely get more % for a higher Net Win (but it really depends on how long that was earned over – if it was years then probably not) – 20-25% I think is about the minimum..

Just my opinion .. if it helps <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

Cheers,
Geno/CC

PS. I can’t vote on your poll without knowing – how long this amount was earned over (time period)

thanks for all of your replies folks. it is inetbet stats that i showed. the poll looks greatly not in my favour and i’ll probably just ask for an increase in commission. i’m on 25% and on some days i feel like its daylight roberry while on other days i can’t be bothered to do anything about.

to inspiration: your stats cant be right. with all those depositors and such little revenue something must be fishy…but then again, i wouldn’t doubt inetbet on their

cheers!

Even if I don’t have that kind of gross ( and I don’t), it’s nice to know that even the “big guys” and the “informed” consider the ratios stated as possibly “plausible”.

What Inspiration posted is not atypical for the average RTG affiliate.

I don’t get the concept of dignity bonus. From the intro I thought I would see stats completely wiped out by the manager’s bonus but it just looks as if you’re on a low rev share so everything is ok in essence.
