Hi Everyone,
Sorry for the late reply as I was not in the office.
Wow , I don’t know how this started or who started this roamer but let me set the record straight.
Firstly, we at grand prive pride our self’s in making our affiliates happy and we will never (as some some said )rob our affiliates.
Yes , we are the first to have single sign on and the only purpose for this is to make it easier for our players to play at our casino. This in NO way affects our affiliates.
Let me start by explaining the benefits of single sign on. This means players can use one account number at all our casinos and transfer their cash from one casino to the next.
NOW….let me explain how affiliates earn commission at our Group.
If an affiliate sends us a player , the player is tagged with the affiliates tag and the affiliate then starts earning commission on what ever the player spends.
With single sign on it works exactly the same way.
Again single sign on does not affect our affiliates as this is how it is done.
If affiliate A brings player 1 to Casino Grand bay he will get his commission on what ever the player spends at this casino.
If affiliate B brings in the same player to Jupiter Club it is only fair to give affiliate B the commission that the player spends in Jupiter club.
Therefore a Player will only be tagged to an affiliate per casino and not per Group.
I would like conclude in saying this, I do not appreciate some people twisting my colleges words and posting some thing if they are unsure about any thing at our Group.
To all my affiliates, I will never lie to you and you may contact me at any time to discuss any thing you are not sure about.
I would appreciate my affiliates contacting instead of listening to roamers.
Kind regards
Irwin

From what I have read, I really don’t see any word-twisting here.
The main thing appears to be the question that you either keep ignoring or do not recognise as the major issue – that is, the question regarding cross-promotion by the grandprive group itself to casinos other than the one the affiliate brought the player into.
What happens if an affiliate brings in a player for casino A and then grandprive (rather than another affiliate) attract that player to casino B using an email, or a special offer to that player for casino B?
It’s a simple question, but this is the question you seem to be avoiding – it revolves around a case where there is no affiliate B, just grandprive, who have acquired all the contact details of a player through the hard work of affiliate A and then use it to cross-promote.
Just like grandprive, affiliates have long lists of casinos they are able to promote to. Perhaps Grand Prive would consider giving affiliates the contact details of the players (email etc.) so that they too can cross-promote the players to other casinos? Somehow, I don’t see that grandprive would entertain such an idea.
January 23, 2008 at 10:27 am #759320Joseph2Sh077MemberWe have given the answers Previous Posts.
What you also need to take into account is what about the 90% of our Player Base That we Bring in from other Sources outside of Affiliates and Cross Marketing.
If you as an afifliate sign Up a Player after we have allready Done the Leg Work and Marketing and Got them into Our Group before they even Know of You or Have found Your Links Somewhere We still Pay you Commission On those Players Should we stop this Practice too How fair would that be?
So it works Both ways Affiliates Still earn Comm on all Players we as A group Bring in without your assistance But we still Pay you even if they Come in from a Banner A year Later

So if i understand we can get the player you marketed before us,and then, you can get back the player from us by doing cross marketing to another casino of your group.

Yes we get paid on players you marketed before us until you cross marketing the player to another casino of your group.
And if the player is new ( you didn’t marketed him ) you can also cross marketing him to another casino of your group and we don’t get paid anymore.
Anyway, if anyone still want to promote this affiliate program, i would recommend him to get CPA.
January 23, 2008 at 12:49 pm #759330AnonymousInactiveI would need somthing in writing sayin none of my players would be cross promoted before i would send any major traffic to the casinos in the future. As I recall wasnt there actual cross promotion in the actual casino? I havent played ina long time but i recall seeing the others in the homepage and banking section I thought?
January 23, 2008 at 1:23 pm #759335vladcizsolMemberMiles or Irwin can you please answer the following question without refering to other affiliates or year old ad campaigns.
Question:
1. I sign up a BRAND NEW player at Casino Grand Bay TODAY, January 23, 2008. (I understand I recieve commissions from that players activity at Grand Bay, so lets not rehash that).
2. In February or March my player receives a promotion FROM GRAND PRIVE inviting my player to try out Bella Vegas. A free chip or offer may or may not be included as an enticement.
3. The player enjoys the look and feel of Bella Vegas, the customer service, their player host or whatever and makes that their primary casino and ceases play at Casino Grand Bay.
Now, the $64,000 question….. Do I receive commissions for THAT player at Bella Vegas?

If anyone is twisting and turning to avoid the actual question it is you guys, and you are just getting deeper and deeper into the dirt every time you avoid the point. If I, affiliate A send a player to CGB and you GRAND BAY send a promotion for Jupiter to his e-mail that I collected for you, will I then get revenue?
See, no affiliate B, just you GRAND BAY!!!January 23, 2008 at 2:19 pm #759342AnonymousInactiveAffiliate Programs should consider affiliates as the member of the family, but not trick us.
