Poker Affiliate World Partners with DraftKings

The world of daily fantasy sports (DFS) leagues and casino affiliate marketing just got a whole lot closer with the announcement of a partnership between DraftKings and IBus Media and its media outlet, Poker Affiliate World (PAW).
Under the terms of the deal, PAW bloggers have access to a wide variety of CPA deals for signing up players DraftKings players.
DFS is a rapidly growing market across the planet, but is especially hot in the United States and IBus is clearly angling to get a piece of that action. Last year the company purchased FantasyWired.com, a DFS-focused portal in order to get a bigger edge in the market.
In a statement to the PokerNews, the company’s Chief Creative Officer, Matthew Parvis said that the company had been eyeing the DFS market for quite some time:

t’s exciting to be a part of such a booming industry. With our acquisition of FantasyWired.com and now the introduction of daily fantasy sports on PAW, we’re hoping to put our stamp on this and help spark the entrepreneurial spirit of both the serious and hobbyist affiliate marketers in the US.

There is, in fact, plenty to suggest that the DFS and online poker markets are quite complimentary. Both require a strong knowledge of statistics and probabilities and that’s been very appealing to online poker sharks in search of new hunting grounds.
The deal is also a major breakthrough for PAW, which has had difficulties accessing the US market since Black Friday.
In short, the DFS market is exploding and affiliates, especially poker affiliates, are well poised to cash in on the trend.
