Cantor Signs for Atronic Games

October 17, 2008 (InfoPowa News) — Cantor Gaming has signed up for a new range of games from the predominently land slot developer Atronic, its second agreement with the U.S. company. The agreement gives Cantor Gaming exclusive use of a wider range of games for online and handheld use, and introduces popular Atronic slot games, such as the classic Sphinx theme, a big hit with land gamblers in casinos across 80 countries. Atronic holds a coveted Nevada gaming licence.

On the handheld front, Cantor Gaming announced on July 7 that it had inked an agreement with the billion dollar M Resort and Casino in Las Vegas to bring cutting-edge mobile gaming technology to its on-premises casino floor and sports book operations opening in spring 2009.

In the Internet gaming sector, Cantor has a number of white label projects underway.

Ken Bossingham, Atronic Americas Chief Operating Officer said the deal with Cantor expanded Atronic's access through Cantor mobile devices within casinos and in the legal online casino markets.

"Cantor's global experience in secure, high volume financial transactions provides us with the confidence that our content will be delivered in a professional and lawful manner in these exciting, emerging markets," Bossingham said.

"We are focused on providing our players with the very best games and this deal is an excellent example of our commitment to this goal," said Cantor Gaming MD Manu Gambhir.

Cantor Gaming offers online, mobile, and WiFi solutions to the gaming sector and operates online casinos for a number of partner companies. It was the first company licensed as a manufacturer, distributor and operator of a mobile gaming system by the Nevada Gaming Commission. The Las Vegas Sands organization selected Cantor Gaming as its exclusive provider of mobile gaming services at The Venetian and The Palazzo on the Las Vegas Strip and in other jurisdictions where permitted by law.
