Most smaller casino affiliates work out of their homes, in relative isolation and are perfectly happy to do so. The problem with isolation is that it sometimes prevents you from seeing the bigger picture and that’s where a set of hard-and-fast goals come into play.
Setting up a series of goals – whether it’s revenue, conversions, or traffic – gives you a reference point for your marketing efforts. This doesn’t mean you need to hit all those goals; or throw yourself off a cliff if you don’t make them.
If you don’t stop to take stock of where you are, you’ll never really know where you’re going.
