Worst Terms and Conditions Offenders of All Time
Best Casino Partner
Best Casino Partner is kind of of like a Greenpeace canvasser who just won’t go away. They’ve been on and off of rogue lists and played fast and loose with their T&C. Their list of offenses goes back for years, but they frequently re-emerge under new names.
Their biggest T&C faux pas involved a retroactive inactivity clause that cut revenues on a sliding scale.
The Best Casino Partner family includes a huge list of sites that come and go as they’re exposed as less-than-credible.
Always one to watch out for.

And that is why nobody should promote wager profits or any other affiliate company using these kinds of practices.. But alas they do!
I’ve done a lot of these stories and I’m always amazed at how long some of the rogues get away with their shady behaviors. I guess they count on plenty of turnover.
For most newbies it’s hard for them to get five (5) new depositing players in six months, let alone in the first month of joining an affiliate program. And sometimes even established affiliates have a bad month too.
Besides, It costs programs next to nothing; if any cost at all, to have affiliate on their books.
Terms like these are ludicrous and IMHO indicates any program using a clause(s) like these should be avoided. It’s highly unethical, dodgy and not to mention a crooked way to conduct business online.
In relation to Wager Profits, this is nothing more than an affiliate “FU” clause. If they’re pulling stunts like this then they’re probably shafting players too!
Actually I think it is a bad deal all round as Wagerprofits will be losing a whole big slice of small affiliates… Basically they are saying that they only want to work with big affiliates… but I bet they will let anyone join
Either way if they do want to work with big affiliates only they still shouldnt have this clause. They should just vet affiliates and if they meet their requirements allow them to join.
The thing that gets me about predatory clauses is that they seem to be such a terrible long-term strategy. Rogues just seem to count on affiliate turnover working in their favor.
All we can do is expose them, avoid them and rely on karma… I am sure they will eventually go out of business organically with this behaviour.
One self defeating trend which has cropped up over the last few years is the use of acronyms when affiliates refer to programs etc etc.
This is fine and dandy if it’s simply general discussion but if it’s about a rogue affiliate program then the full name should be used in each and every post.
A large threads spread over numerous affiliate forums, portal etc etc using the full program name will have impact in the serps, where as using an acronym will not.
I often wonder not only who thinks up these predatory clauses but worse, who actually signs them off. The same for exotic player clauses too.
Either it’s very greedy people or those so removed from the online gaming industry, they’re clueless to the negative impact and damage these predatory T&C’s can cause.
Totally agree with you Alex.
Which leads me and I’m sure others to see this as an evil clause, designed in nature to rape affiliates of their tagged players and rightful income. It’s disgusting behaviour and definitely an unethical business practice.
