Ask To Be Shared or Followed
If you want people to follow you and spread the word, simply ask. Ask them to follow you on Twitter and Like you on Facebook as part of your community building process. Suggest opportunities for them to tweet or share with their friends. People will likely take the time to connect with you because you took the time to ask.
