WagerShare’s story is another example of how easy it is to get on a rogue list and how tough shaking off that label can be over the long haul. The company regularly catches flack for a series of highly unpopular, and predatory, T&C changes that included a serious commission overhaul and player minimums.

Like most affiliate operators that find their way into the rogue house, Wagershare has found that getting out is not all that easy.

Though the company’s affiliate managers have maintained a presence on industry forums, trying to make nice, undoing the ill will generated by those retroactive T&C is incredibly difficult.
