Google vs SEO/Gambling
You know who Google likes? Google likes end users.
You know who Google doesn’t like? Google does not like SEOs and anyone associated with online gambling.
Over the years, Google has acquiesced to the US Government’s anti-gambling Jihad by blocking gambling sites from its ad networks. The dawn of social casinos and regulated American igaming may thaw Google’s stance in the next few months but, for now, they’re not taking igaming’s calls.
On the SEO front, the search behemoth is doing everything it can to protect end-users from spammy content by making life miserable for SEO practitioners. Between Panda, Penguin and secure search, Google’s views on SEOs are pretty clear.
As for SEO’s, even a quick look, at just about any SEO forum reveals a distaste that runs both ways.
