How hard is it to not steal money from your customers? No one literally picks your pocket when you walk in the poker room at Binion’s Gambling Hall or Caesar’s Palace, but that’s not how the FTP crew worked.

Their high flying arrogance made them forget the very people who made them rich. At the end of the day, your customers are your most important business asset and ripping them off is not a sound business practice.
