You should pick one keyword per page, but make them long-tail keywords that have multiple keyword combinations. For example targeting Las Vegas Online Casinos, also targets Las Vegas Casinos and Online Casinos. You will also want to find keywords that are less competitive to have a chance at ranking.

I agree. A good strategy is to have one or two site keywords, like online gambling or vegas casinos. Each page should then have a specific keyword that can be more long tail, but should be related in some way. Like, online casino bonuses, best online casinos, online casino reviews.
The more pages you have and the more content you have, the better Mr. G will favor you.
