photoshop cs2 and mspaint
both are free (well there’s a free trial of cs2 or cs3 and plenty of free tutorials on the web)

Hi Bull,
You can always find free tools to design your graphics and to do things on your own. however, we are a specialized design compnay that has been working with the gambling world for more then 4 years. we work with major operators and would like to assist affiliates as well if possible.

I do have to point out that unlike most design companies, our goal is to improve results with design solutions and flow. meaning, improving click thru and conversion and not just making things look nice.
