Are you irritated by your emails not being answered by people from the industry?

It has happened to me more than a couple of times, and in most of them it was related to e-mail problems, scam/spam folders, etc.

My current problem is Neteller, tried contacting them two weeks ago, still without response.

Everybody else can receive my emails.

We have a pretty strong spam filter over here… however we are able to go through the spam. Most affiliate emails that go into spam, I catch before they are deleted – and these affiliates I will make sure they are on the whitelist so they don’t reach the spam box again.. not to my email address anyway.

And I would prefer if you haven’t received a reply from me to get my attention in the forum – at least that way if I have been trying to contact you and my emails aren’t going through I know your name on CAP which will make it easier to contact you.

I think you misread what I wrote… I said

ie. we don’t ask for your phone number for no reason… in saying this I’m only speaking on behalf of our company..
we understand that a lot of affiliates don’t like to be contacted by phone.. but if there is something important and our emails don’t go through, there has to be an alternative and phone is usually the case – unless we have you on our msn messenger or yahoo etc.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, please take the initiative to whitelist aff managers email addresses and make sure your phone number is correct in your profile – I’m sure I’m not the only person this happens to and we don’t ask for your phone number for the sake of having it… It’s just much easier to contact you about something important if we have it.
