kdollar asked 3 years agoI have yet to run a site with an adminstrator panel and that has it built in a really easy way to do everything because there are templates and modules. Anyone suggest any php program to make a site?

Well, I like Drupal as a free content management system. That works well. For something more serious, http://www.globalmoxie.com is the one.
