It works, but not in the way you might think.
Here is something that I found out by complete mistake.
goto my site: http://www.thepokerboard.com and look at my adbrite button on the lower right corner.
Notice the text around it. I basically spelled out that gaming related sites can use this.
Low and behold in 24 hours I made an entire $1.35 and have 2 referral sign-ups.
This was all by accident. I guess sometimes you just have to spell things out for people to get them to understand.
Give it a try… You will see that it works.

And you’ve found that the revenue from the ads is greater than from an affiliate banner in the same place?

Then why not swap the sponsor ads (which aren’t even site related) with the adbrite button?
