FultyMemberThanks again for the feedback. I can see that there is considerable passion about this issue from the affiliates here on this site. I think that the affiliates who are interested in promoting the site are not really concerned about the 250 sign-ups. However, since the posters and readers on this thread have demonstrated a passion and dedication to this discussion I will do the following:
I will open up 20 slots of our program just for the posters and readers of this thread. For these 20 slots there are no player registration requirements or other requirements. Simply, sign-up and your in. In order to get this you have to provide in your email the code CAPTHREAD.
You can email me at [email protected]
I look forward to hearing from all of you.

InactiveReally? This whole thread is a recruiting exercise.
At least superiorshare is open and a member and besides, I think it’s funny, given the thread it’s in.

InactiveWOW this is off the hook STRANGE!:tooconfus
Why don’t you go out and find serious investors for this program and hire a team to develop a proper affiliate program and come back and pitch this again, no affiliate in their right mind will be paying you $250 to promote your off the wall poker game. I can almost bet you have already pitched this idea to several and could not get the backing you need so now your thinking hmmmm we can get these affiliates to do the leg work and pay for it to boot, pleaseeeeeSomeone go get the Pokershare monkey, I bet he could take all the players that will be in on this kind of poker.
Yeah it is a unique idea but I just cannot see you making it with this concept, I could be wrong but it does seem quite far fetched.
Oh and pass on the free spot, thanks but no thanks!

Guestthere will be less and less effort spent on affiliates and more spent on direct advertising.
that’s a laugh to anyone like myself who doesn’t use SEO to advertise. Good luck finding quality places to advertise without using the very methods described in this thread as an alternative to paying a revenue share.
Your arguement simply doesn’t hold water.
I suppose if you can get your hands on email lists which will likely be stolen from your competition … and I’ll give you the fact that is entirely possible though certainly not the high moral road to take … that it is possible to succeed in your way of thinking
but otherwise your whole arguement is a joke to someone who consistently finds ways to advertise around the bans.
I suppose if your talking the rest of the world minus the states (which are last I heard: 75% or better the participants) then yes, your arguement makes some sense.
I guess if you’re willing to lose out on 3/4 of the market off the bat then you’re off and running.
Otherwise, as Dom metioned, I like your approach but would never consider your predatory terms.
:rasta: smoke another one brother.

InactiveSeriosly, tears in my eyes again! Thanx 2 Karim for pointing this thread out to me, with my database troubles today, I needed a good giggle!!!
C’mon now guys, you’ve seen the START YOUR OWN BUSINESS TODAY!!!! Sites.. the ones where you pay them a big ole fat fee to start your own business, but they never actually say what the buisiness is to be.. generally the business is getting other’s to start a business…
Anyway, that’s what it reminded me of
heheKinda got yourselves a bit of a catch 22 here guys .. you see, the affiliates making enough money to pay you… well 1st they wouldn’t touch your seriously silly offer someone elses… yeah.
The newer affiliates, the ones more likely to trust a new program, and give it some space.. the ones working their asses off to learn how to push their sites to the top, and really trying to succeed.. the ones where you have halfa chance… Do ya spoze they can afford your deal?
And who do they have to listen to? Who shows them how to succeed.. Oh yeah, it’s those other affiliates in this forum who’ve learned to protect each other from scams like the one u are defending..
For the record, I’m not ‘Passionate’ about the thread at all.. or the bad business plan you’ve created.. It was fun though

I really hope that the $1000 fee was just a ‘call to action’ type advertising scam… and the 250player requirement.. well good luck with that..
By the way CAP.. I feel that I really need my friends to make a commitment to our relationship.. Before anyone else PMs me asking for help, articles, advice, whatever.. I think that breakfast in bed, and a foot rub would help me to know that you are seriously my friends, and have a commitment to our relationships..
This new rule also applies to all MSN and Yahoo contacts..
:bouncer:Anyway, I don’t want anyone to fail, so umm maybe you should be looking for investors? Partners? IDK something.. but either way.. good luck with this plan … heheh .. and thnx for the laugh.. I can always count on CAP to brighten my day somehow or another.

FultyMemberThanks to all of you for your feedback. For those of you that have already responded to the offer and those that are going to I am looking forward to working with you. Also, thank you to those of you that have contributed to this thread both with your amusing wit and constructive criticisms. I have essentially taken your advice for a portion of our program and opened it up in the way many of you stated was your primary grievance. Time will tell on both the success of the JacksNQueens.com poker room and our affiliate program. I wish all of you nothing but the most success in the future.
Best regards,
Blake
