Loading time is a lot better, but I don’t like the color scheme. That’s personal taste though, not sure what others would think.

Second is a lot nicer (IMO). I like the coloring and especially like the header much better. The navigation is cleaner as well. I do see that you lose advertising space from the top banner, but how often is that clicked? Mine – not often enough <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

The barebones design for me.
Sobers colours and good design.
The header is a little big IMO

I have to agree with the rest of the comments, the new design looks the part and is fresher looking and more professional.

I like the second design but I have to agree with Dom on the color. Something just clashes a bit to my eye and I cannot put my finger on it. I think it is the light blue of the body.

the new one doesnt look right in firefox, the text is off.

Yes, I am aware of the issues in Firefox. Working out all the bugs for all browsers before I put it up live.

Ive reworked the background color, and floated the main content section right which should be a temp fix for those FF users. Thanks for all of the input so far.

Redesign is complete. Added a freeroll strategy section tidy’ed up some loose ends, changed some of the colors (background mostly). Now I just need to tidy up some code so it validates and voila, D-U-N DONE.

Looks great!

On the bottom of the front page, I would change the username of the poster. Instead of their email addy, I would put their actual username. This way you can’t get scraped for email addresses and you have the added bonus that it doesn’t look like you are doing all the posting <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />
