That makes me wonder if the groups shutting their affiliates out of the US market (existing players) are still keeping those players playing and just not paying our share. This is simply not done, the group that keeps those US players or sends them to another white label casino without us being credited are ROGUE operators and if a group is caught by the audit team they should get a ROGUE label and deserve to be banned for getting valuable traffic 4 ever and ever.

InactiveHi Everyone,
Just to make things clear regarding our handling of this situation.
USA players:
While Jackpot Factory will no longer be able to accept new USA player registrations from tomorrow, via IP blocking of the registration forms, they will allow all existing real registered USA players to continue to play, cashout, deposit, receive full support, participate in promotions, etc. as usual.
Affiliate revenues on USA players:
Affiliates will continue to earn their full lifetime revenues on all their USA players.
Affiliate marketing going forward:
CASINO
Canadian players – still our second biggest player base
Australia – our third biggest player base
Italy – we have already proven that we are in line with the top casinos in this market. We offer Postepay payment solution.
Germany – with the highest player values and top localization we have plenty to offer here
France – no secret that this is the new US and we are in there with a very big investment
Spain – even though other operators are shying away from this market, we are moving aggressively into Spain with our own people in Spain
Japanese – launching this month, in full coordination with the top Japanese affiliates in the industry.
Slot Tournaments – we are the number one casino in slots tournaments – completing this weekend the Finals of $500,000 World Series of SlotsMOBILE
We are going to be launching All Slots with iPhone in the next month
Plenty of strong growth happening alreadyBINGO
All Bingo Club – recently launched and promoting the green angle is already well positioned in the UK marketOPPORTUNITIES
We are always looking for new opportunities especially with affiliates and there are some more great ideas already in the works…Hope that makes sense. Please post your questions or email me at [email protected]

InactiveHi Lloyd,

thanks

InactiveThanks GamTak

Slotplayer, in answer to your question: Free games (on flash) will be blocked.
This is a summary of how the blocking will work:
1. US will be removed from the countries list in the registration forms
2. Attempts to open new accounts from a US IP will be blocked, in case that a US player chose a different country in the form
3. All Flash play and progressive play from US players will be blocked. Flash is blocked as there is no way to control IP access in Flash while it is possible in Viper + Flash is a very small percentage of game play in the USHope that helps…
Thanks, Lloyd

GuestHi all,
Dom I agree but I don’t know where to start until I know what’s going on with some of my major sponsors.
that said, I”ve still plenty to do. But I may end up changing everything again once I know what is really going on in this matter.

InactiveThanks Bonustreak (not sure if you’re joking) but really, it’s the least I can do.
Under the circumstances you have received from us zero notice, not too say that we won’t hurt also.
That said, I think we have all be making excellent head way into new markets and I’m sure we’ll continue to do very nicely.
Cheers buddy

InactiveFrom what I’ve gathered so far.. the MicroGaming casinos are pulling out of the U.S.
market due to the Kentucky verdict and the inability to effectively block Kentucky
residents from gambling at any of their online casinos. Not to sure how reliable my
sources are these days.. but that’s what I’ve been hearing from my sources. If this is the case, that the decision is based on the inability to accurately block Kentucky
residents from the online casinos then it would make sense that some of the programs are
going to allow existing players in the 30+ states to continue playing at their online casinos.I think that the online casinos should continue to serve all existing U.S. players to their
present capacity. If for no other reason, they should do it for their affiliates. Affiliates are
the life blood of the online casinos, and this is incredibly bad timing for many affiliates.I’m not saying that the casinos should invest anything in new deposit methods, processors,
etc.. in order to keep U.S. players happy, but they should at least continue to serve their
existing U.S. player base with incentives and the e-wallets that still accept U.S. players.I do hope that MicroGaming and the individual MicroGaming casinos think of their affiliates
during this time of crisis. If I continue to promote the MicroGaming casinos to players
outside of the U.S., it will ultimately depend upon whether MicroGaming looks after us.November 10, 2008 at 7:11 am #786186Anonymous
InactiveWell then thank you Bonustreak

InactiveAs of about 3 hours ago Jackpot Factory stopped receiving new player from the US by taking the following measures:
1. Removed “United States” from the country drop-down list on the registration form
2. Implemented IP monitoring on all new accounts – new US players will be blocked based on IP. These players could be white listed if the player can provide a proof that he doesn’t resides in the US.All affiliate accounts that have been locked by mistake will be released. At the moment we have only 1 affiliate that was affected.
On Wednesday all Flash and progressive play will be blocked for US players. This includes:
1. Progressives in Viper
2. Flash play as guest / Real / demo by US players, based on IP. This includes the Flash links Brightshare provides to affiliates
3. Play for fun only fun casinos won’t be blockedIf you have any question please post or email me at [email protected]
Cheers, Lloyd
