InactiveHi there,
By now I am sure that you have perused the new Terms and Conditions.
On hindsight we realize that T&Cs are a very poor communicator!
Our communication was incomplete, as by not bringing to your attention the motivation and expected outcome of the new conditions, many people have misunderstood the changes, creating unnecessary distress to a lot of affiliates. Please accept my apologies for that.
After chatting to many affiliates, we have had positive reaction and excitement regarding the changes and new models.
There are a few concerns that came to light and I would like to clarify:
Changes are not retroactive: They are only effective from the 1st August 2005
Referback is healthy and growing, not closing down
Revenue share is here to stay
There is enough variety on our deals to make everyone happy from Rev Share to CPA
Affiliates are an indispensable and respected force on Belle Rock’s marketing mix
Should you wish to discuss any of the Terms and Conditions with me, please let me have your contact number and I will return your call today or tomorrow.Kindest regards,
Judith Berman

InactiveI am almost speechless. Almost.
After chatting to many affiliates, we have had positive reaction and excitement regarding the changes and new models.
Since they haven’t been chatting with us, they don’t have to acknowledge how very un-happy we are? I believe we have our answer to whether they are going to discuss the terms and conditions. They have no intention of acknowledging any problems. I am interested in knowing just what affiliates they have been talking to that are so enthusiastic about the changes. Perhaps they could post here the advantages they see in the new terms as applies to them. Although I am hardnosed, I can be taught. I can be shown the error of my ways if there is an error.
Should you wish to discuss any of the Terms and Conditions with me, please let me have your contact number and I will return your call today or tomorrow.
I ask myself why not discuss it here? For one thing, because that would mean that she would be saying the same thing to all affiliates; for another, they couldn’t make those ‘special deals’. and lastly, ‘Divide and Conquer’.

InactiveWhy have another site?
Came accross this last night (accidentally), then started googling and found it advertised in some weird places. Very general portals, news sites etc.
Hmm, they are out there to recruit it a big way I guess. Counter the fall-out?
Just speculating.
Funny thing this, the industry is maturing. All the fun and games those of us who used to wear suits saw regularly.

vladcizsolMemberI received the same meaningless tripe from Judith.
Judith there is NO MISUNDERSTANDING.
We UNDERSTAND perfectly well that the changes Referback has ennacted are NOT POSITIVE OR IN OUR BEST INTERESTS.
I CHALLENGE YOU TO PRODUCE THESE AFFILIATES WHO REACTED AS YOUVE STATED “we have had positive reaction and excitement regarding the changes and new models”
To even make this statement is an INSULT to everyones intelligence!! :nono: :nono: :nono:
You SEE the EXCITEMENT right here at CAP. You will see further evidence of that EXCITEMENT on peoples portals via blacklists and the removal of your clients.
Rather then bury your head in the sand and feign ignorance lets acknowledge that these changes are clearly unacceptable to your partners and LETS FIX THE PROBLEMS.

InactiveMay I add total Bullshit Judith! I am totally amazed at the continued arrogance Referback continues to show in the matter.

InactiveNO FIRST DEPOSITS – Does this mean that because their casinos can’t hold onto the players we send, we should be penalised for THEIR lack of player retention…….
________________________________________________________________
They dont retain players worth a crap – That much they HAVE figured out.

InactiveHi there
I’d like to clarify the misunderstanding with regard to the definition of a new Active Casino Customer i.e. the “1st Purchase” issue.
The customer will be linked to you once he/she has made a second purchase at the casino. Once this has happened, you will own the customer. And all revenue from all of that customer’s accounts within the Belle Rock Gaming Group will be linked to you. Therefore, you will receive commission from all the casinos within the Belle Rock Group at which that customer purchases and plays at from the day he/she opened the account including the 1st purchase.
I hope this helps to clarify this particular issue.
Thank you for all of your feedback to-date, we do recognize that this is a trying time for everyone concerned.Best Wishes

Inactivefor another, they couldn’t make those ‘special deals’
LMAOOOO and those special deals are a damn joke! They do not stick to their word on any damn deals they make, we took out hundreds of dollars from our own pockets to run a contest driven towards new players, we did get these new players many of them, guess what we were told…oh sorry they are not returning players now……..ummmmmmmmm we brought them it is up to you folks to retain the players not us!!!
The bullshit they are coming up with is really ticking me off, I had to toss on my boots just to wade through it! Wayne has not impressed me with his few post , I feel like he thinks we are idots and cannot read or understand the terms, not once have they said… we are willing to work with you all and make a few small changes!
I hope this helps to clarify this particular issue.
Thank you for all of your feedback to-date, we do recognize that this is a trying time for everyone concernedNO WAYNE, it is not acceptable to me! I want my money I earned from a player I send you for the first deposit onwards!! You cannot even think people are going to agree to this bullshit!

vladcizsolMemberWhile I WAS hopeful that we were going to make progress on these issues yesterday I am now getting madder and madder at their responses and behavior today.
Its INFURIATING!!!!
The communiques today are Pathetic!!
You HAVE NO IDEA HOW TRYING TIMES ARE GOING TO BECOME IF WE CANT WORK TOGETHER ON RESOLUTIONS INSTEAD OF EXCUSES AND DOUBLE SPEAK ABOUT MISUNDERSTANDINGS
