ukpl4u asked 3 years agoIt seems that since i put a link to my site in my sig, when i go to Golexa it only shows this site, with my idiotic questions, not doing much for my site. and making me look like an idiot webmaster. (which i am but learning) :withstupi
so heres another silly question, Do you guys like the fact that someone doing a search finds all you questions and comments on here?

It doesn’t bother me from the standpoint that all marketing will be helped by branding, and this is a type of branding. Also, if someone searches for your site by name, do you want the search engines to return 2 or 3 listings or 10 pages, even if they all aren’t directly related to your site?

Point taken, but when i put in my url it only brings up this site, with no links to my site at all.
I was not on their search engine before, so i can only guess that this makes it more likely that i will be soon

Yes. This is a sign that you should be soon. My site still has a few posts here and elsewhere show up before it in some search engines, but it doesn’t matter because no-one searches for pokermonger :bigsmile:
