I have seen that many of you write only one link with one max 2 words.
Your link are not in a sentece or in a paragraph.
I have had this ided formy sign : waht do you think ?
is it good for the seo ?

If you mean to use such links in articles it will be good, but I don’t think such if you mean to add this in your signature.
You may ask a moderator, what he thinks. I think search engines may recognize such texts as duplicate and may penilize CAP, but these are my ideas.
I’m not sure but I don’t like such signature
