May – how was it?

Dominique asked 3 years ago
I am starting to think the economy is affecting us. It’s better this month, but not back to normal for me.

A tough first 3 weeks ….
But an exceptionally good final week in May raised the total by about 3 categories …
:inlove:

Final week was terrible, took away 70% of my revenue.. one single player was successfully winning 4 days in a row on my c-planet account.. unbelievable.

Overall 2009 is way down on 2008 for me, but I am happy that May was quite a bit better than April or March

Exactly the same for me here.
50% of my revenue was gone the last days of May from single C-Planet player.

I feel like it already did for like 2 months or so..

But May was a step towards the right direction again. More new playes then ever..

When I look at my stats, the one that really matters are the number and value of deposits going through, rather than single players either doing well or badly. These odd players can skew the data when you look at the final figures and give the wrong impression as to how the business is developing

For me, May saw improved visitor numbers, clicks through to casinos, sign-ups were good, but the total amount deposited was really poor. Not good. There has been no detectable change in the keywords people are using to get to my site, which means all is good apart from the depositing – makes me think the economy is the issue

How is everyone else doing with respect to numbers of new depositors and the total amount being deposited by their players?

Dominique answered 3 years ago
Signups and deposits are fine – winners are not playing back as usual.

Voted average, but it’s taking more and more work to keep up with an average month, so the economy is probably playing into it somewhat.

All average with the exception of a big winner that threw off the numbers. Traffic, clicks, conversions, new depositors all strong. I focus on those metrics more so than the absolute revenue.
