March Mid Month Earnings – How’s Business?

This might just be my record month, thanks to one player, hope it holds to the end of the month.

The down side is that my traffic has not increase and my SE traffic has decreased, however I have still added some decent players to my most profitable casinos by moving the excess baggage to low traffic pages.

I just hope I am able to get my money out this month.

Sounds very interesting, definitely something to keep in mind. I wonder if you can render a completely different page based on the visitor’s ip? That would be outstanding, because you would not have to create multiple sites.

What I meant by geotargeting, when someone visits my website their ip address is checked to see what country they are from. If they are from the US then I display ads and banners for casinos that accept US players. If they are from japan then I can show japanese banners and take the player to a japanese landing page. You can add geotargeting to your website by using an ip to country database. Most of them are expensive but if you check out the installation guide for openads (phpadsnew) at openads.org then they have a link to a free one. Cant remember what site it was on off hand.

That sounds great. I have so much to learn, and I know very little about web design, but a little bit about SEO. I can’t even fathom how much I could make if I was well versed in web design and tools like translators and what not. How do you add geo-targeting? I didn’t even know you could do that. Do you mean just with SEO, or listing with geo-specific search engines?
Once the “Neteller” case is resolved, likely an acquittal, the US market should open up again. As far as non-US converting, isn’t it difficult, or do you just host your site in the geographic area you are targeting? I’m contemplating this as well, but there are allot of differences to learn colloquialisms, different sports, etc.

Congrats on your best month. I’m sure things will pick back up for most of us soon. I’m only receiving about 22% US traffic now so things should have been pretty good this month but oh well these things happen. I’m adding geotargeting to my website so I can monetize that extra 22% from the US and then I’m going to add language translation soon so that I can start hitting the non english speaking market. Hopefully that will help to bring revenues back up to full speed by the end of the summer.

Hello all, I’m disappointed that most of you are having a tough time of it. I don’t want to brag BUT, I am having my best month ever. I’ve only been in the ‘biz’ for 9 months, but every month has increased from the prior month. My first month I had a profit of about $100 and last month was over $10,000 and this month will best that as I am at that amount as of today.

This is an opportunity for us to make big gains as there are so many displaced players out there. Align yourself with player oriented sites and your players will continue to re-up with them and create more revenue for you!

Last month was great but this month so far is horrible. I’m getting the same amount of traffic and practice players but almost nobody is depositing. Just put my car in the shop for another $6,000 in custom work. If things keep going this way I might not be able to get it out. lol. This will probably be my worst month ever. Hopefully it will pick back up soon but I don’t know how if my advertising budget is about to drop due to small checks.

One of the best months, my traffic is growing, sign ups are also growing, comissions are growing. Hope to continue working like that.:wavey:

The only program that is still performing for me is rewardaffiliates. Everyone else is way down.
