Hi all,

7 yrs in the biz. I know some would disagree but i feel you narrow down to places that make you money, treat players right… and consider places down the line that you hear good about.

When first started .. I listed everybody . big mistake. Vegas partners probably my biggest mistake. they were very sneaky. they started out very well and when i increased their exposure my income went down, down, down.

all the time they were getting exposed to all my readers. I know some may disagree but to me .. they were the biggest snakes in the grass i have ever crossed. NOBODY starts out so well and then sinks to nothing without an obvious questionable situation arise.

I’m not the only one that had this experience.

that’s just an example of why you keep close to the vest the amount of programs you promote.

bottom line. if they don’t make money….. dump ’em or at very least put at back pages.

The thing you must consider is that players trust your judgement. they will go where you recommend and if you want them to come back … (most importantly … I know .. since ads were banned at legit PPCs…. I’ve been largely living off return traffic and had I went a different route….. i’d not have this return traffic) …. that you see the big picture … and plan ahead not just considering the next few weeks but rather the next few years.

I don’t know much about SEO. don’t know much about the fancy ways to make websites….. the scripts etc. But i have survived and read many times about those much more capable than me .. complaining about not making money.

They chose their partners unwisely. my 2 cents.

About 5-6.
Maybe more in the future depending of the amount of traffic, future market conditions etc, etc.

Hey LCD,

How are you?

how well does your bingo traffic converts? i have new offers that i’m looking to get some exposures … LMK

thanks

We have found that if we promot to many it hurts our conversion! I estimate that between 5-8 is enough for us at the moment!

If you have strong presence in certain market, its good to have a relationsship with the market leader and geotarget your traffic!

Currently about 45 – so at least I’m average in some things! <span title=” title=”” class=”bbcode_smiley” />

But at least 25 of those are pretty much a waste of space, so the posts above about quality rather than quantity should be a serious consideration.
I’m soon going to start a new site and will try to keep it below 20-ish.

All of the of the ones that convert well and make money. If an affiliate program doesn’t make money or converts very poorly, then it is removed.
