Google actually responded and removed at least 5-6 sites that were placed by this same spammer – his/her domain is SEOEXP.INFO – which is encouraging. Their removal took place this week.

Now the $ 64,000 question is what precipitated this removal:

1) My Google Spam reports

2) My posts on a myriad of boards

3) Spam reports logged by more IP’s than just myself

4) Got lucky ?????

I guess the more that complain the better !!!

The guy from Google doing the manual deletions must be on vacation, the last few days:

SPAMMER – redirects from SEOEXP.INFO. This Moscow-based spammer creates new sites every single day.

These sites “silently” redirect from SEOEXP.INFO. Place cursor over the IE BACK button, and you will see the “silent” redirect from SEOEXP.INFO.

It’s good that Google removes them.. It’s also good that spam can be reported… But that’s not the major problem

As long as spam is tolerated, endorsed by ignoring or generated by the program’s direct or indirect employees in order to gain more profits. Spam will exist in such volumes.

You can spend hours of spam reporting, it will not end it!

Why should us, the hard workers spend more time and efforts in fighting it more and more via reports?

If you don’t take weed out from the root, it will grow again and faster.

Once spam is really not tolerated and ignored.. it will decrease.

What I like about report spam websites is that it makes the internet a better place for everyone. I definitely appreciate to get the expected results when I am checking on the internet.

With Google cleaning up spamming gambling websites this may have something to do with the Internet Gambling Prohibition Act. Wouldn’t it be in Google’s favor to clean up the industry as it makes them money indirectly by things that are related to online gambling via Google Adsense.

Wouldn’t Google be losing money if all those Google adds on the right side of your computer screen disappeared in the United States if online gambling is prohibited. They are not about to lose money so it is in their best interest also to clean up on spamming of gambling websites on the internet.

Well that is my point.:roflmao:

Same persistent spammer, trying out different incoherent subdomains to get to the top of the SERPs.

What I now noticed is that the redirect to SEOEXP.INFO is now silent (i.e., doesn’t appear on the IE toolbar). When the link is clicked from Google results, it keeps the original page on the IE address bar (although it redirects to SEOEXP.INFO, and then subsequently redirects to a served out Advertisement page).

The key is to move your cursor on the “BACK” button label, after target page is displayed, and you will see reference to redirect page from SEOEXP.INFO.

This is extremely frustrating and unethical !!!

My math was probably wrong as I have never promoted porn or drugs.

However – I doubt I am the only one who thinks that Casino profit might be higher, correct? Which means it becomes a haven for BH tactics.

The point, really, was that if Google figures out one industry’s spam – it could very well apply those rules to others. It only makes sense and I hope that it works.
