I tried to read thru that legal jargon and got frustrated… sounds like free credits, but then it was like 50% towards future credits?
of course thats stupid, as the PPC engines would almost do that for any amount you deposited anyway (not much of a punishment)
I am 90% sure I didn’t read it right… anyone out there?

I also got the class action suit email. It was fairly obvious at the time that 90% of the traffic was fraudulent. But you have to prove the fraud… and I doubt many of us have kept our logs from back then. Not too sure if its worth the hassle especially considering it just means we’ll get more credits at findwhat which gets even less traffic then back in the day.

Heh, thanks for the reply, that was my basic deducing… more trouble than it was worth. At least we can celebrate that they were punished. All we seem to be able to do in America is make lawyers and politicians and insurance companies richer — and what do we get in return ? a few extra fraudulent clicks
