Interesting point made on Keyword Densities… I have heard from SEO’s that this is an area that’s not needed for a major focus, but Mike disagrees… Instead, you really need to be weary so you do not set-off any spam signals…
Any other feedback or methods you’ve found helpful to prevent over-optimization?

I used to rely upon site-wide footers a lot.
