It may provide some benefit, but by itself it will not make a significant difference in the rankings. Also, search engines dont like cloaking or other tools that try and manipulate the results. I dont know how this one works exactly, but some tools can get you banned pretty darn quick if they catch you.
Links are the single most important factor IMO and a site with 1000 interlinked pages and only a few backlinks will likely get beat by a 2 page “quickie” site with some good backlinks.
Use it if you want, but don’t expect it to get you Top 10 positions by itself.
