After read some tutorial about SEO, I have exchanged links, add web to directory. and now my page rank from 1 to 0.
What can I must do now? Could you advise me something to do next?

Are you referring to freebetcasino.net? If so it shows a PR1 on my toolbar. Expect it to go gray (or 0) here and there until the update is completed.
