Been using the same one for years and he is exclusive to me now. Found him here at CAP looking for clients… Prior to that I had some lousy experiences hiring off the job sites. Not doing that again.

good designers are as good as gold and are hard to come by, the only good ones i found you pay for what you get!

Those outsourcing sites are great. It’s legitimate but not at a decent price though. Well, you’re getting what you pay for though so give it a shot then! That is if they are reliable, trustworthy and most of all, got the skills and attitude.
