Nothing to be non compliant about… are there idiots there that simply report every site ranking above them?

guys.. sorry.
What i mean is have my site
Solitaire.hk
In my latest visitors i found a visit from google for the term solitaire
from the same ip it then had my domain
solitaire.hk
but with this added to it
notify-None_Compliance_Page..(followed by some code)
so i take it someone reported me?
