Income access itself is able to show many properties at once, why not the other programs using the software?

World Bingo Affiliates can show you every property they have at once, but I know what you mean otherwise

Very well put!! I have had the same exact experiences that Engineer has had and when Intertops moved I refused to work on the IA program, I lost a lot of stats and players, moved back to the old and BAM I was in the biz again. Same thing with Ladbrokes, I earn now since I changed off the IA platform.

So all you guys think that IA skins are as bad as the main IA program? What I mean is for example Jackpotjoy Affiliates uses IA skin for their aff program…

Should I be concerned? :whoa:

Interesting post for us AM to read as well.

Even though we uses a in house system here at betway.biz I am surprised to see that some of you guys wouldn’t work with a room just because they use one or another affiliate software. Would that only affect the operators if they used it through IA or netrefer or also if they just used the same software independently?

See some other has voted for another Aff Software, what software is that then?

Secondly, if you do have time, what do you think about the Betway.biz page, what is missing, what stats/features would you guys want to be implemented? Please answer in the Betway.biz forum so we dont side track this forum thread to much

Hi guys,

Thanks for your comments.

Allow me to address your comments about our tracking. As we have explained repeatedly, we are an independent affiliate network and software provider and not an operator. Our software integrates with our client’s backend to track all affiliate activity, and whilst we track all the traffic stats in real time, we upload and display player activity stats (e.g. player registration, deposits, wagers) as we receive them from our clients at least once per day.

As part of the integration process, our IT team test all the tracking rigorously on multiple browsers prior to launching and after a program has launched in order to ensure that all is tracking properly.

The issues you have brought up here were tracking issues experienced during the programs’ integration and migration last year. We addressed the problems raised here on CAP as we were not managing the programs. Moreover, other issues raised relate to programs not integrating all their products therefore not tracking cross promotion of products. This too has been clearly stated so there are no misunderstanding or doubts.

Therefore, whilst we appreciate and respect your opinions and decisions not to work with us, it is important to put the issues raised into context. There are not coincidences. They are valid issues.

We have never tried to hide or cover-up any problems faced. It’s in our best interest to eliminate any potential problems. In fact, for 7 years now, we’ve worked closely with merchants and affiliates to build a solid reputation that’s stood the test of time.

We have always expressed our willingness to examine any suspected tracking issues you have experienced so that we can address them and test your links for you. Those of you who have, we have been able to help. As Dom said, it is important to test your links when joining a program and if anything isn’t working as it should, then let us know so we can look into it for you. So please PM or email me if you suspect you are experiencing any tracking problems with any of our partners and I will gladly follow it up for you.

Admittedly, some programs we have worked with in the past have been start up operations like Sandpiper and Hotel Casino Network, and niche programs like Casino Webcam, that did not to convert well. They did not have tracking problems but conversion issues. Programs like Ladbrokes, Unibet, Jackpotjoy, Sporting Bet, Lasseters, Centrebet, are among the 45+ programs we work with that are indeed very successful, recognised affiliate programs.

Yes, we are a growing company and have been growing steadily for the past 7 years. We have had our share of challenges over the years and for the most part, we have maintained a respectable track record of successfully integrating with most gaming software providers and working closely with most of you. We constantly strive to improve and upgrade our software to meet the demands of a changing industry, and are always open to your suggestions and feedback for improving our software.

Kind regards,

Sarafina
