    If that is the case that they hired this spamming group, perhaps we should put in an application? I am sure we could do better especially with the subject headers:

    I’m still getting 10+ of these crap mailers every day :madat: Why is this
    still happening??? Because they don’t care, as long as it brings in new players. Disgraceful :rasberry: I’m removing the Grand Prive group from my sites & I’ll never list them again. Just imagine how many other people out there are getting these unsolicited, misleading, junk mailers with faked headers with no way to unsubscribe, that don’t have a voice on a forum like this to complain. Yet, we do raise our voice here directly to someone who has the ability to stop it and nothing happens. Pitiful behavior, since as an industry we should be trying to show that we are responsible, credible & worthy of regulation and not prohibition. :banger:

    I agree, it’s very disheartening that Gordon will come and check out CAP – even respond to PM’s by affiliates… But have nothing to do with the spamming outfit that they allow to operate.

    If they allow this, then why promote them? I don’t see the point.


    though this about a diff program …I should have added…. that RA and Brightshare both have proven to have great player retention! :)

    Well, I plan to make sure it is a new thread several times a week. Might as well keep this knowledge out there… Until they do something about this – I think everyone should know that they fully support SPAM despite their terms and conditions.


    The SPAM hasn’t stopped but the communication has. Shouldn’t it be the other way round?


    I say 1 more week of this crap and it’s time to let Microgaming know the details of this spamming operation and how Grand Prive is turning a blind eye despite numerous notifications.

    Since Microgaming is one of the only software providers which ensure their licensees are operating with integrity, it may be the last resort in dealing with Grand Prive :(

    Please forward ALL your spam mails to: grievances *AT* and I will prepare this for a discussion with Microgaming.
