Grand Prive Affiliates ManagerToday is August 29th.
For something you claim to take VERY SERIOUSLY, it’s been nearly 2 weeks without any answers. And we all know that this spam garbage promoting Grand Prive has actually been going on for probably more like a year now.
How can you say you take these matters seriously? Apparently, the only thing you take seriously is promoting your casinos any way possible, including this ugly spam, because it’s continued non-stop for a very long time now. And every time this has been brought to your staff’s attention it is brushed off and then never responded to further like you’re doing here.
I understand marketing gets a little overly agressive from time to time at many places. Grand Prive wouldn’t be the first. I can tell you a horrible thing that happened between my favorite group and another group here once, with overly agressive marketing people. As long as a group actually follows-up on these spam complaints, after saying they will. And then takes immediate action to make sure it stops, and acknowledges with some honesty that something did go out from their marketing department that they weren’t aware was happening and will not happen further… you know, own up to it. Kinda like the Grand Prive slogan….. “OWN IT”
You and your group has not done anything about this. You have been told about this repeatedly over the last months and always say you will investigate yet never stop this nor come back and report what your investigations found. I guess just hoping we’ll forget about it, and that’ll be that. This is insulting, and shows me that no one there takes this seriously at all.
Oh, the reason I decided to come post now is because of the lovely emails I just got TODAY promoting Jupiter Club. Same spam garbage, hasn’t stopped, and we still sit waiting for you to break your silence about this.

I’m sorry, but I’m really disappointed with the lack of responsibility Grand Prive has taken with this matter.

August 29, 2007 at 10:00 am #747133LennyMemberHi Guys,
Just to give you an update.
We do our best to manage all affiliates and if we find reports that any of them are spamming we will deal with them. As in the past, we have terminated accounts based on such reports. It is often not the affiliates we have a relationship with but third parties they are using and hence in some cases, with warning they say they will stop and then find someone else to do it. Some affiliates under investigation bring in great traffic from genuine sources but sometimes also spam so we will do our best to control it.
As I’ve said, this is a sensitive matter and is under investigation to have this stopped.
Best Regards,
GordonAugust 29, 2007 at 10:46 am #747140AnonymousInactiveThat’s a loooooooonnnnggg ‘investigation’ for a simple matter
August 29, 2007 at 2:32 pm #747172affiliategodMemberI am still getting 3 – 4 of these emails per day! It is extremely annoying and a serious abusive SPAM!!
It is so toatally unprofessional as they are advertising $500 totally FREE which in fact is not free but a 100% match bonus. No biggie on that but, the emails advertise one casino, I click on the link to be take to Fortune Las Vegas and download yet another casino. WTF? I would never in a million years even consider downloading a casino with that runaround.
I have had members of mine questioning me as they have receive similar SPAM emails. Sorry, can’t defend you on this one. Makes me imbarressed to even have ever been associated with you!:flush:
August 29, 2007 at 2:36 pm #747177affiliategodMemberBTW, I do not see what needs to be “looked into”. You obviously know exactly what is going on as all links direct to your properties. To put it simpy, just cut the bullchit!
August 29, 2007 at 3:57 pm #747201AnonymousInactiveThis has been going on well over a year, you don’t actually expect answers and the spam to stop now do you? I can imagine there may be a short delay from the time GP stops the “affiliate” to the mails actually ceasing, but this is obviously not the case. I did happen to notice that some correspondance I had with Gordon was flagged spam now though…hmmm
August 29, 2007 at 5:25 pm #747227affiliategodMemberyou don’t actually expect answers and the spam to stop now do you?
ROFLMAO! Thanks for the laugh, cagney. Tis a joke.lol:santa2:

September 6, 2007 at 6:17 am #747975AnonymousInactiveIt’s all Jupiter club…..GP keeps saying they’ll “investigate” it, but it’s been quite a long investigation
September 6, 2007 at 11:31 am #747985AnonymousInactiveThey are not planning on investigating it… I don’t believe Gordon for 1 second that they have even looked into it.
And I will pull all their banners from my sites until they decide to act responsably towards their honest affiliates.
