umm, I am sure they know whats going on….how could they not with the affiliate tag?
I wonder if I hit “reply all” and add a note to forward them to Gordon if I would be spamming? If their mail filled up with it maybe? :roflmao:
Maybe we should ‘gather round’ and as a mass of large affiliates – pull all their banners from ALL our sites. Would that help them to stop this affiliate / paid marketer, whichever one it truly is?
I’ve forwarded Grand Prive Affiliates the spam mailers I’ve received (sometimes up to 20 a day) time & time again without even the courtesy of a response. They know who this guy is (but are not going to do anything unless push comes to shove) & I know who he is. Unless it stops immediately it might be time for a name & shame. Anyone who has been in the industry for a while will not be suprised at all who is behind this spam deluge. Gordon, please do the right thing and shut him down. :whipper”
Whatcha need to do is find something that is unique in every mail, then create a filter for them to automatically be forwarded to Gordon
PS: It’s not a “him”, it’s the a group that hit CPays in the past as well.
Should we start a pool on who takes the longest to shut this group down – CPays or GP?
I know the right thing to do would be remove banners from my sites and sit hardball until this stopped. I think about this, and truly I have no beef with Grand Prive or Gordon, they have been very good to me and I think it’s a good bunch of people. Does that make breaking spam policy right? NOT
I guess I am angrier that the fool doing this is filling up my email box, I doubt GP’s mail is being filled with it as it more than likely goes direct to spam. Spam is just not acceptable! If GP isn’t / can’t stop this is there not some other means we can fight it with? Stop them ourselves?
