yeah same chit we got already a couple times for vegas mint casino

what is going on with this
and how the heck are they getting my e-mail addy?This has been going on for many months now. They’ve been told about this repeatedly, by myself and others. They’ve been sent the original emails and screenshots, so can’t say they were not aware of this. But they’ve never replied to my complaints about this, nor have they stopped this.
Because they’ve never replied after being told about this, they can’t say they didn’t know, or that they’ve tried to stop this but some spammer is doing this anyway. They simply take the information and act like it’s the first time they’ve ever heard of this.. then you don’t hear anything more about it unless you complain again.
I like Grand Prive, always have. I play there and like their affiliate program. But I’m disgusted with this type of deceiving marketing spam they use. It makes them look bad all around.
When are you guys going to do something about this Gordon? It’s been going on for many, many months now. Maybe even a year.
This is the large spamming organization that CPays, Euro Partners, and others have used to send out mass spammings….
Other casinos that were promoted by this organization:
Hi Roller, Mint Las Vegas, Cyberslotz….
I believe the ACTUAL casinos were:
Casino Tropez, Amber Coast, and Vegas Red among others
Doesn’t surprise me that others are using this group as well. It’s NOT smart, though, but then again… the affy programs that use this group aren’t all that smart to begin with.

Yes, this looks like contract spam.
Thats how they work here at GP, say they are looking into this and they hope we forget! They don’t plan to do anything because they have hired in this marketing firm to do just what they are doing, cut out the affiliates, they cross market our players all the time, they open a new casinos and don’t release the marketing of it until they have of cross marketed all our players and they never will give us Big Dollar, well at least until they have finished with the cross marketing that is.

Yeah… It HAS been a week already… Is bonustreak correct and these are just words, or are you actually looking into it?
I have receiced player complaints about this now, asking me why I carry casinos from a group that spams them like that.
This is getting serious, the buck stops when I get player complaints.

At this point I think you need a whole new IT team and marketing team because as far as I am concerned neither have performed satisfactory in the last umm 2 yrs.:flush:

For something you claim to take VERY SERIOUSLY, it’s been nearly 2 weeks without any answers. And we all know that this spam garbage promoting Grand Prive has actually been going on for probably more like a year now.
How can you say you take these matters seriously? Apparently, the only thing you take seriously is promoting your casinos any way possible, including this ugly spam, because it’s continued non-stop for a very long time now. And every time this has been brought to your staff’s attention it is brushed off and then never responded to further like you’re doing here.
I understand marketing gets a little overly agressive from time to time at many places. Grand Prive wouldn’t be the first. I can tell you a horrible thing that happened between my favorite group and another group here once, with overly agressive marketing people. As long as a group actually follows-up on these spam complaints, after saying they will. And then takes immediate action to make sure it stops, and acknowledges with some honesty that something did go out from their marketing department that they weren’t aware was happening and will not happen further… you know, own up to it. Kinda like the Grand Prive slogan….. “OWN IT”
You and your group has not done anything about this. You have been told about this repeatedly over the last months and always say you will investigate yet never stop this nor come back and report what your investigations found. I guess just hoping we’ll forget about it, and that’ll be that. This is insulting, and shows me that no one there takes this seriously at all.
Oh, the reason I decided to come post now is because of the lovely emails I just got TODAY promoting Jupiter Club. Same spam garbage, hasn’t stopped, and we still sit waiting for you to break your silence about this.
