1st month subscriber here and I love this program. I have a ton of red boxes on programs that I have the correct user name and password. Often, clicking on the link logs me in, verifying that I have the correct info. One of the ones is Focal Click, and I would really like to get that working.

Does StatsRemote display only zeros for the programs that have a red status or does it display correct or wrong numbers? Focal Click works fine here, i.e. StatsRemote checks the stats successfully and displays the correct numbers with a bue status.
Maybe you could email us a list of programs that don’t work properly for you with details for each program what is wrong (red status, only zeros, wrong stats, etc.). We can then look into it… support A T statsremote D O T com

We’re not 100% sure if it works for everybody now as not all stats formats seem to be the same but it should work for more people now. Please let us know if you still experience problems.
Please note: If StatsRemote displayed wrong stats for Bodog for you, you first need to reset the program in StatsRemote (right click -> Reset).A few other programs were updated as well. Same as above: Please let us know if you still experience any problems.

Anybody else having this problem?

What happens when you click on Fortune Affiliates and Playshare Affiliates in StatsRemote. Are you logged in automatically to the stats in IE or do you get an error or a login page?
August 16, 2007 at 11:59 am #745755AnonymousInactiveWhen I click on Fortune Affiliates, I am logged in in IE. It is on the stats page and looks ready for me to press the “View” button.
When I click on Playshare, I get the Playshare homepage, not logged in.

We’re looking into Fortune Affiliates.
As for Playshare Affiliates… could you please double check the login details you entered in StatsRemote. If they are correct you should be automatically logged into the stats in IE when you click on the account in StatsRemote.
August 16, 2007 at 4:08 pm #745796AnonymousInactiveThe strange thing about Playshare is that if I click on their name in Stats Remote it brings up IE, which is not logged into Playshare. I enter my correct username and password and it does not log me in. If I go to Firefox and enter the exact same username and password, it logs me in fine.

Then my guess is that it’s a problem with your IE settings. Maybe the domain playshareaffiliates.com is in the list of restricted sites in your IE or something similar?
As long as you cannot login in IE, it won’t work in StatsRemote either.

We just released a StatsRemote update and the Fortune Affiliates routine has been changed. Could you please download the update and let me know if it works for you now. Thanks
