People who have affiliate contracts have to make them a part of negotiation when buying or selling players.
You own a portion of those players? I am sure the DOJ would like to speak with you and anyone in the US who would claim such a stupid thing! My advice not legal just opinion would be to not go around posting that you owned this and owned that with regards to an online casino.
What Party should have done was change the name of empire poker after the transaction; and they still might. They would have protected themselves as the agreements were with empire online for empire poker; once that entity ceased to exist the contracts with affiliates would be null and void.
