InactiveAffiliate interests were simply ingnored in this deal.
Neither Empire/Tradal nor Party paid any attention to the financial implications on affiliates.
And in the case of the casino – contracts were with Iglobal, never with Tradal. Players were mapped over when Party decided to let Tradal manage affiliate affairs for the casino. When Party decided to take the casino back, players were not mapped over.
Casino Rewards did the right thing. They took the time to map players from Integrity casinos over to the correct affiliates. Why can’t Party?

InactiveHello Everyone,
Party Partners (and Party Gaming plc) will no longer be endorsed nor represented by CAP. Please see our announcement:
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/party-partners-cap-certification-revoked.10146.html
Thanks.

vladcizsolMemberParty Partners Certification has been suspended.
If they provide a mechanism to compensate affiliates for the players they had refered to Empire Poker then we will be happy to re-admit them. We really do find this situation very unpleasant and sincerely hope its rectified and that we can all go back to a mutually profitable relationship with PartyPartners and their clients in the very near future.

InactiveI got this from Tradal:
As you read in the official Email we sent to all of our affiliates on February the 14th,
this agreement (between Party Gaming and Empire Online)
is conditional upon the approval of our shareholders (which is expected to
be on [6] March 2006).
Therefore, we will be able to provide full and detailed answer only after.February 23, 2006 at 4:52 am #684491Anonymous
Inactiverecieved this from empire today:
Your concern is our responsibility.
We are still in the process of sorting out a lot of issues but I would like
you to know that we will make some kind of arrangement for our affiliates
on the revenue share deal. We are checking for all possible solutions.Once a solution is reached I will personally send you an email and inform
you of the same.
Best RegardsRIMJHIM KUMAR

InactiveI’m tired of this crap. Why are we affiliates so weak to not want to take some action otherwise this is going to set a precedent for other operators.
It’s obvious to me that Tradal conspired with Party to find a method to terminate all affiliate agreements. If this were not the case, they would have had a plan in place to satisfy affiliates. In the current situation, they’ve simply resorted to delay tactics and excuses.
Unless affiliates are willing to create enough noise to cause damage to Tradal/Party then we’re going to be left holding the bag on this. I’m going to be the first to start by putting up notices not to visit any Empire/Tradal properties.

InactiveI have been blogging about it and we have posted at Casinomeister and WOl about it too. Today they will be added to my blacklist.
I hope everyone follows suit. It worked last time we were screwed. Let’s support those who have lost their players here.

InactiveI’m a bit lost on who is at fault here, are we supposed to think Party and Tradal are both at fault? When Intertops Poker sold out to Party, Intertops gave us a nice chunk of money which somewhat made up for the loss we would take in the future.

InactiveTradal sold players it didn’t own – you own a percentage.
Party knowingly bought stolen goods.
People who have affiliate contracts have to make them a part of negotiation when buying or selling players.

InactiveThis is BS, Tradal owes affiliates money. If Intertops is going to pay affiliates after they sold out,
The general assessment is this: Empire sold the value of the player for $3500/player. There are 2 possible settlements:
1. Depending on the deal you get (%share), you are entitled to the same % based on $3500 per player. Eg. if you sent 1 player to empire and your deal is 30% revenue share, then Tradal owes you 30% x $3500 = $1050. Therefore if you sent 100 players to Empire at 25% you should be paid out (100x$3500*25%) = $87,500!
2. That Party and Empire work out something where affiliates continue to receive the rev share they worked out before on a lifetime basis (as was originally agreed upon to).
I strongly urge that affiliates stand up to these guys and by not just removing their ads. I think we should all abort CasinoPays (owned by Tradal) . I believe CAP should de-certify CPays as well as this is a Tradal entity. These guys are a bunch of crooks. If this continues operators are going to continually use this strategy (even to the point of creating ‘fake’ acquisitions) to absolve responsibility for paying affiliates.

I agree. I think Tradal owes the money. The $250 million they got is 2.5 times more then their total revenues in 2005. Affiliates should be receiving a piece of that. That is more than enough money to keep them happy and their affiliates happy.
If they refuse to pay out, then we should stop promoting their other properties (i.e. noblepoker, clubdice, etc.)

Cpays is not owned by Tradal. Tradal purchased Club Dice, Club Dice Poker, Carnival Casino, Monaco Gold Casino, and Noble Poker to show positive cash flow to their shareholders since they are now a public company. The previous owners of these properties still own Cpays and part of the deal was that Cpays would still manage the affiliate program for some of these properties. It was a move by Tradal in anticipation of the fallout with Party Gaming plc.
Cpays will not be de-certified.
If you have any specific questions regarding this matter, please PM me.
