    Hi,

Since Ori is to attend the Exxxotica convention in Miami and is already on his way there I (Eilon) just wanted to update you on the negative carryover issue and to inform you that we already have a non finalized version of the T&C addition regarding negative balance carryover.

As Ori mentioned before he will keep you updated once it will be published.

In the meantime I would like to thank all of you for the feedback regarding this issue – we are taking this issue seriously in order to make CPays even better.

    Thanks,

    Eilon

well, do you think I should continue advertising Cpay casinos? I’ve been getting a few small customers but I’m not going to make any money off them for a LONG time because of negative carryovers. I could just concentrate on different affiliate programs that don’t have negative carryovers in their policy and give them the customers instead, that way I make money. Right now Cpay casinos are the biggest advertised casinos on my site. I would hate to do it, but right now I’m broke and need money soon, and the only way to do that is to stop advertising Cpay casinos and advertise Casino Blasters or IOG as my main casinos. What do you think? Do you think I should stop advertising your casinos? Are you going to change the negative carryover policy SOON, or are we going to have to wait a year or so? I’m going to go seriously bankrupt in a month or so.

    Hello Cpay,

Adi, the program manager that you told me would take care of my negative carryover issue still hasn’t contacted about anything. Today I just had someone deposit $1100 for Cpays, but he won big and I’m another $2900 in the hole because he won like 9 grand. My whole balance is about -$7000 just from 2 players now. This is a very serious issue right now, I’m not making any money and I could have easily refered this guy to IOG or Casino Blasters and they would erased the negative carryovers at the end of the month. I don’t mind if he won big, I just want to start the next month on a clean slate with a $0 balance. I can refer alot of high rollers for you guys if you can get rid of my negative balance at the end of each month. I also want to keep these players because I have a feeling they would be coming back.

Also, A player has emailed me about a problem at Monaco Gold. I don’t know exactly who this player is, but I think he is the only player I refered recently to Monaco Gold, besides the one from today, that won about $13k. He says he can’t withdraw his money. I contacted him with some information to help him and for him to contact Monaco Gold. He hasn’t responded so I assumed everything went good for him, but I wanted to make sure because I would like him to be a returning high roller customer and if he writes back, I can give him a reason.

Please let me know what the status is for the negative carryover issue.

    Thank You,
    Ryan

Cpay, it’s the end of the month now. Can you please give us all an update on the terms and conditions and if the negative carryover policy has been eliminated?

Still carrying over. Am I supposed to create a new account each month?

I think its pretty stupid to have negative carryovers. Basically everyone is just going to create new accounts or stop promoting Cpay once a few players win big, so they can get around the system. It’s just a big waste of time. I don’t blame those people, I would do the same thing. In the end, when someone makes another account, they lose all the other players on their first account, so most likely, they wont promote Cpay but they will promote a different casino affiliate program. Why waste the time? This is very inefficient for Cpay and takes more time screwing around with the system while I could be using that time to promote your casinos. Everything has been at a standstill right now and since last week for Cpay casinos on my side because no one has responded to this problem and I’m not making any money, just so you know. Just get rid of the negative carryovers like just about every other casino program has done. I would appreciate it if you could look into this more and come up with a positive step forward and eliminate the negative carryover policy.

    Thank You

You always wonder how long you’ll be promoting the program because if too large a carryover pops up you have to drop them. Then you lose your “lifetime players”.

Meanwhile you make a fraction of what you should make.

The sad thing is the casinos convert well, but I just don’t want to risk giving them decent exposure.

OK, I expect a response ASAP. I am getting really tired of all these players depositing $300 and winnnig $12,000. I wish I won that big at a casino. The only good player I got was a $30 player and I made $9 commission from him so that helped break my balance up a little from -$11,765. :grunt:

No that isnt going to work. I asked for a response almost 2 weeks ago about the status of this negative carryover policy. Please let everyone know the situation as it is very serious.

I am done here, two months in a row, I bring in new players and have negative balance. Last month out of the blue a negative $10K happened, I don’t even ask for details at this stage, just remove and say good bye.

    Hi Everyone,

I’m terribly sorry for the delay, But it’s in the top management hands right now and we are waiting for them to approve.

Once approved, I promise you I’ll post it here first thing.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hello all,

I am glad to inform you that we have added a new paragraph that explains our negative carryover policy. I believe that CPays affiliates will benefit through this amendment and it will strengthen our partnership.

For your convenience I am posting here the relevant paragraph:

    4.6 Negative Carry-over
CPays has a negative carry-over policy, meaning that after the first two months, if your balance is negative, it will be carried over to the following month. However, you can avoid the negative carry-over in one of the following ways:
    • If you are a new affiliate, you can ask in the comment box for a “no negative carry-over account” while signing up.
    • If you are an existing affiliate, and your balance is NOT negative (0 or positive), you can contact us and ask for a “no negative” carry-over account.
By asking for a no negative carry-over account you are aware that your Revenue Share will be 5% lower than shown in section 4.1 – table A, and that the affiliate commission when having no negative balance carry-over will not be higher than 35%.

Please note that this option is available for active affiliates only, CPays reserves the right to cancel the “no negative” carry-over to an affiliate that does not bring any traffic for over 3 months.

I hope this will answer all the questions in this thread. Those of you who have questions specific to your account are welcome to contact me at ora at cpays.com, PM me, or contact your account manager directly.

    Thank you for your feedbacks,

    Ora

come on! how can I get a “no negative” balance? My balance is about negative $15,000, it will never go positive to NOT negative again, I would have to bring in about $50,000 worth of players who I could send to a different affiliate program where I could actually make $15,000. It took me over a year to get $1000 worth of players who all got lucky and won almost $10,000 each.

You need to have a total no negative carryover for everyone like many of the affiliate programs do. When people like me fall so far into the negative zone, they just wont promote casino pays anymore and they will send players to “no negative carryover” casino programs because thats where the money is for us now.

It’s best for you to totally get rid of negative carryovers so people like me will continue to advertise casino pays and casino pays will make their money back eventually and the affiliate will continue to work for them.

Is it better to make money back from big winners from some affiliates or is it better to cut ties with affiliate and not make ANY money back with those affiliates?

It’s not like I’m going to bring all the huge winners to casino pays, I don’t know whos going to win or not. Eventually players are going to lose and you’ll recover the loses from those huge players.

It’s alot like the stock market roller coaster ride, when the price per share goes red (negative) and you lose money, you know it will always come back up again if you stay put and be patient. Otherwise it would be stupid to sell when it’s low (negative). You are selling by not eliminating the negative carryovers for everyone and permenantly losing affiliates this way so you will ALWAYS be stuck with that negative balance, it never gets a chance to go back up.

The only reason I’m eager to promote casino pays is because your casinos convert very well and had a whale that almost dropped $6,000 in but ended up winning as well as a few other mini-whales.
