Cpay, I have a very important question about negative carryovers.
Say I refer 100’s small players who deposit $50 and they all lose, I would get some kind of share from that, but then lets say a larger player throws in $1000’s of dollars and wins big and the whole balance goes negative. If he wins really big, then I wouldn’t make any money off of the other 100’s of smaller players that I refered.
Can you set up my account so I get paid for each player is independent of the total balance, that way I get paid for each of the 100s of smaller players when they lose instead of getting nothing when a whale wins big. So if that one player wins big, the balance for JUST him will be negative until he comes back and loses and his balance wont cancel out the balances from all my small players.
The reason I’m asking is it just doesn’t seem right if I refer 100s or 1000s of players and they all lose, but then I get a single player who wins big or gets a jackpot and then I get nothing for all those other players.
I hope I explained this clearly, I would appreciate it if you respond on this forum with your answer.
Thanks, Ryan
May 30, 2006 at 1:46 am #693636AnonymousInactiveI have over 13 days this month with negative results, I have IM’d and emailed Ran and he is usually responsive, if he is out of town then someone should still respond. What is going on here?
This is not just one winner but daily losses which way outway the winnings.

Back in 52′,
If you like an account where you are paid for each player regardless of others you can choose the CPA payment form, However as you can see on this forum, the % of NGR is a better payment option, preferred by top affiliates.
islandmaan,
I contacted Ran, He was away, but As I can see he had already contacted you and I’m glad that you got an answer to your issues.
Please feel free to contact me if you need anything,
Tnx
May 30, 2006 at 5:01 pm #693709AnonymousInactiveI don’t really like CPA payment though. Can I request that I have a % of NGR account where I get paid % of NGR for each player regardless of others?
May 30, 2006 at 5:10 pm #693712AnonymousInactiveHello Back in 52′,
I’m sorry but we don’t have this kind of payment program, and as far as I know, there is no such payment program anywhere.
If you do know of such a payment program in our industry I’ll be more then happy to know about that.
Sincerely,
Ori

Also, many programs will remove a player from your account per your request.
May 30, 2006 at 10:28 pm #693756AnonymousInactiveCan I at least have my negative balance reset but keep the same player? My whale took out all his money and now I’m stuck with a -$4000 balance and it’s going to take me years of getting new players to get rid of that balance at the rate that I’m going if it rolls over into the next month.
May 31, 2006 at 12:14 am #693764AnonymousInactiveHas the player left the building, or is he still around and will be playing it all back?
May 31, 2006 at 1:14 am #693770AnonymousInactivehe actually took out $8000, which was $2000 more than the $6000 he deposited, he still has about $5000 left in the casino right now, he won about $13,000 total. I’m sure he will come back to play with his $5000 freebies though.
May 31, 2006 at 6:56 pm #693884AnonymousInactiveJust an update on my situation with the percentage change, this has been resolved. Ran has been out of town and he fixed the percentage now. Thanks Ran.
Hopefully Cpay will intruduce a no-carry over policy soon
June 4, 2006 at 3:36 am #694359AnonymousInactiveSo what is the deal here, do they carry over negative balance or not
I want to hear an official yes or no, no other crap about reduced commission rates or less exposure rules, wtf is that garbage
Somebody explain to me why Cpays is better than Exclusivegambling, who promote the exact same properties but offer slightly higher commission and CPA rates
June 4, 2006 at 11:12 pm #694459AnonymousInactiveyes, its a negative carryover, my -$4000 was carried over.
June 4, 2006 at 11:40 pm #694466AnonymousInactiveI would like to request that my negative balance be removed without any commission reduction or removing any players. Every other affiliate program I have doesn’t have negative carry over and I would have thought that a company as huge as Cpay would not have negative carry over either.
Hear me out. I don’t get very many depositing players and the rate that I’m going, it’s going to take me the rest of the century to get enough players to make that -$4000 go even again. Someone need’s to deposit and lose $12 grand, that is very hard to do at least at my level. I just got lucky and found a high roller as my 5th or so depositer in a year who also got lucky and made the negative balance.
Cpay, Imagine if you are in my position, this negative carryover de-motivates me from advertising Cpay anymore because I can’t make any money for a long time. I could just open up a different acount under the same name or that sort and you’ll be stuck with many acounts like that. I understand that the casino actually lost the money and technically it’s fair that I take a negative balance. But it’s still better to not allow negative carryovers so I’ll still be an affiliate of Cpay. That way I can still send in more depositers and make money (an incentive to continue advertising Cpay casinos) and you’ll eventually break even. Otherwise if I’m stuck at -$4000 rollover, it would be in my best interest to just advertise some other affiliate program and we both lose and I’ll never be able to break it even with the Cpay’s loses with future customers.
Please consider what I have written above not only for me, but as a permenant change to your T&C for everyone else also. There are also many other major affiliate programs that don’t have negative carryover.
Thank You,
Ryan -
