November 25, 2008 at 8:40 pm #788294AnonymousInactiveHave you thought about submitting a domain name complaint via the NAF at http://domains.adrforum.com/main.aspx?itemID=599&hideBar=False&navID=201&news=26 – a TDRP might be an option although not tried it myself.
November 25, 2008 at 8:51 pm #788295AnonymousInactiveNever in a million years would I think this was possible.
November 25, 2008 at 11:08 pm #788303biggygMemberI hope you have moved the email address from all your other domains to one on your ISP ,instead of gmail by now.At this point i think you should get a new domain put the old sites on them and in your google account delete your stolen domains from the index.I know that will hurt to ask google to remove them from the index but in doing so the brand new domains with old content will get cached and ranked faster.I HAD THIS HAPPEN and there is no quick way to get a domain returned so sooner you do something -better for you.
November 25, 2008 at 11:32 pm #788304AnonymousInactiveI never had or used a google account, he got my email on my server.

November 28, 2008 at 1:42 pm #788547AnonymousInactiveYou are being so cryptic!
Is it a private server you have space on? Are you subscribing to a host? If it’s a host, have you been in touch about the breach of security? They may be able to trace the guy and speak to his hosting for you..

November 28, 2008 at 3:08 pm #788558biggygMemberOk i had private conversations with allfreechips and i offered for my tech team to look at his SERVER for free as probably his server was hacked. We know somebody has changed dns and is hosting it now and has stolen sites ,domains etc -what is the present status of your dedicated server?Do you know?If they were able to set up a new email on a dedicated server they probably have access to it And any other sites you add there may be stolen too.My brain waves are working 100% this morning and i was asking does he know if the server was hacked , we are willing to help him out .And this should be notice to anyone reading that if you have websites making you steady income ,don’t be CHEAP and not have a dedicated server admin to keep your websites safe. It’s the cost of doing business and i pay my server guy before i pay myself.
