GuestHi all,
good post CPA.
I totally agree and have been saying from the start that if these places are allowed to succeed then it will be disaster. I would probably begin to look for another niche because they will all do what GP has done if they feel the slightest pressure.
GP have to be burned down. All the way. That …. or turned around.
Personally I no longer trust them and though I made a little from them on a regular basis … and keep in mind I’m not exactly rich … this is SO important to me … to our industry … that if I could press a button and they’d be gone (along with my income) .. I would do it unreservedly.
It is THAT important a message is sent and I for one am not afraid, ashamed nor regretful to stand on the top of the biggest mountain and cry for nothing less than blood! ALL OF IT.
And its not that i have a big thing against GP. It is that we MUST be lethal to any program that attempts to break the agreement WE HONORED … there should be no room for mercy.
We have seen how they would have us done. I assure you if not for CAP and other contributing communities making such a large effort of blacklists that none of you reading this right now would have ever heard from GP again
…. unless of course you were stupid enough to sign up for their next rip-off aff program. But in that case you’d deserve what you got when it happened (*disclaimer some may have not known that one aff program was a new off-shoot of the other so they would be the exception).

I could be wrong, but I believe what the Professor meant was not that it would “scare other operators”, but that if the lawsuit didn’t go our way, but instead ruled in favour of GP, then this could set a president for other affy programs to renege on contracts and dump their partners without any repercussions.
This would be a very dark day indeed, and the absolute worst possible outcome.KK

Are they being allowed a booth? I had no idea they were having a booth. Don’t get me wrong I am all for a talk and a resolution that is really great but I am not going to stop the fight.
They 100% do not have a booth in London or Amsterdam and would not be allowed one until this issue is resolved

InactiveI do beleive the pressure is working. I had been blacklisted and banned at all grand prive casinos since 2006 thanks to this thread I made at casinomiester http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casino-poker-complaints-old-section/10608-casino-grand-bay-can-kiss-my.html
Now i received an piece of mail stating as a Valued custemer who has not played since 2006, we would like to give you $100 free and a 100% bonus up to $100. I downloawed and tried logging in and what do you know my account was open. If they are sending me mail, then they are getting desperate for players in my eyes.January 17, 2009 at 5:55 pm #792845Anonymous
InactiveI just got that same cd in the mail for $100 free and promptly tossed it right into the bin!

Guestgood question but I see the last post before yours was just a few days ago so hopefully this issue is still very much on people’s minds.
I stopped putting up blacklists when I heard they were talking but did not take down the ones I had up.
I guess if they don’t make some noise sometime soon I’ll start putting the rest up.

GuestYou have to wonder if they ever got around to it … did the thing go on after the big ordeal or did they cancel everything after that?
I hear such conflicting information

InactiveWell this was pretty important to some of us. After the posts I read about them only communicating with CAP about this, and how things would be discussed in London, and then Professors post about it looking like they would come to some type of agreement, not able to tell us exactly what until after it was finalized. I sure hope they got around to it. I’ve been patiently waiting for London so we would finally get the outcome of this situation.

InactiveI had a new aff approach me yesterday asking me if they should promote these guys. I was more than happy to point them here and show them what they’d be up against.
