Are you serious? If you buy a domain and transfer it it loses PR?
I dont think so, its tied to the url..
Most cases this may appear when someone gets the PR up to sell then all the links are removed when sold but a transfer wont screw it up.
I don’t think so either. PR stays with them domain regardless of transfers.
YES – you keep the PR when you Buy a domain name
NO – you dont keep the pr if you buy an “expired” domain name

Why not boost the site up make a few bones and sell it for a killing giving everyone involved a reasonable share. You can do this many times with several sites and keywords. Or don’t sell and run many sites under many keywords- still make a killing.
However it must be very difficult to measure every participants worth. Maybe offer a point system to measure what each persons contributions to the company is worth in every aspect.
For example:
500 points awarded
$5000 bottom line profit
