InactiveAre you serious? If you buy a domain and transfer it it loses PR?

InactiveI dont think so, its tied to the url..
Most cases this may appear when someone gets the PR up to sell then all the links are removed when sold but a transfer wont screw it up.

InactiveI don’t think so either. PR stays with them domain regardless of transfers.

InactiveWhy not boost the site up make a few bones and sell it for a killing giving everyone involved a reasonable share. You can do this many times with several sites and keywords. Or don’t sell and run many sites under many keywords- still make a killing.
However it must be very difficult to measure every participants worth. Maybe offer a point system to measure what each persons contributions to the company is worth in every aspect.
For example:
500 points awarded
$5000 bottom line profit
Each point would be worth $10With the power of your combined skills you could own the SEs in any niche you want. The Internet is your oysters. Too bad I have nothing to offer as my ticket in! lol Best wishes to all and GOOD LUCK!
