I am still seeing my higher commissions as of today.. maybe this is an actual go in and tweak each player per account disaster they have issues with?
If Brightshare remove their retroactive terms, then I might give them very limited exposure on one of my sites. The trust factor is gone, so they’ll really have to prove themselves trustworthy all over again.
They are a Microgaming affiliate program, we have several others that deserve our loyalty and our relationships, make a stand here, reward the other micro houses and push biz their way and they will see that treating affiliates as true partners is the way to go.
This is about showing that we are a united group and a powerful group, get rid of Brightshare so the others will see how grossly they have treated us and that this is unacceptable. Warren it is your business and I respect that but I think your best play is getting rid of a Brightshare and hopefully getting more in new Affiliate programs who want to work WITH us.

Pre UIGEA Jackpot Factory used to be one of my very favorite online casinos and I happily recommended them to any customer. However, by trying to retroactively alter terms they have now proven that they cannot be trusted anymore. In fact, this story is just the top of the iceberg at Brightshare/ Spiral these days…
I suggest to get rid of them as fast as you can. A poll about this would be a good idea indeed to reflect the current public opinion about this company.

I always spoke highly of this group too. Both from their affiliate standing and online casinos. Used to play there as well.
Since all this blew up, I’ve been doing some digging. They seem to try everything to get the player to reverse their withdrawal. Even offering bonus incentives. Another no no for sealed casinos. From what I’ve read player service quality sux these days. Just saying
Just on that issue, I wont tarnish my rep by promote them anymore.
